Rabbi Schneider - Be Encouraged!
For the last couple weeks, beloved ones, I've been in Psalm number 23 verses 1 through 3. I want to continue there today, but I'm focusing on a new element. In the previous two weeks I've been speaking about how the Lord restores our soul. But the Psalm continues by saying, "He guides me and He leads me in paths of righteousness". When I think about that promise it's such a comfort to me that Father God will guide me and lead me.
You know there's so many things in front of you and I. We don't know the future. We don't know what's gonna happen tomorrow. We don't always know if we should choose A or B, because they both look like good options. But Father knows which is the best option, because He knows where He wants to bring us and He knows what's gonna happen tomorrow. To me it's such an encouragement. I don't know how I could live without the confidence that Father God will lead me and guide me. And so David says in Psalm 23, "He guides me in paths of righteousness for His Name's sake". Other translations read, "He leads me".
Beloved I want to encourage you today. There's many of you that are listening, you're feeling some anxiety about a future decision that you have to make, or a decision you have to make almost immediately and you don't know what the right decision is. I want to encourage you. As you continue to look to God, as you continue to look to Father; we call Him in Hebrew Hashem, which means The Name. God is so big. He's so much bigger than our box of Him, that we just say the Name. God is so unlimited.
Beloved I want to encourage you today, as you call upon your Father, He will be faithful to guide you. The scripture tells us, "Acknowledge Him in all your ways and He will direct your path". Be encouraged beloved. You're not alone in this world. It's not all up to you. As you continue to put your trust in God, He's gonna lead you and guide you into paths of life for His Name's sake. I love you today. This is Rabbi Schneider. Pass this on to a friend.
