Mensa Otabil - Worship the Lord With Thanksgiving

Mensa Otabil - Worship the Lord With Thanksgiving
TOPICS: Word to Go, Worship, Thanksgiving

Well, my friends, this is it. This is the 40th day of our 40 Days of Power. We started 40 days ago; this is how far the Lord has brought us. It’s a new week, but it’s also the end of a process and a continuation of the blessings of God. Today, we just want to spend time worshiping the Lord with thanksgiving and thank Him for what He has done for us and is continuing to do for us.

Hebrews chapter 13, verse 15: «Therefore, by Him, let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.» Today, we have a Thanksgiving; we just thank God for what He has done. We thank God for 40 Days of Power. We thank God for giving us the strength to start and to finish. We thank God for all the prayers answered. We thank God for all the praise and worship. We thank God for all the scriptures read. We thank God for all the messages preached. We thank God for all the declarations made. We thank God for all the visitations of His Spirit. We thank God for His presence with us. We thank God for uniting our hearts in prayer out of all places in the world without any limitation to distance.

We thank God for all the nations of the world that we have interceded for. We thank God for all the presidents of the nations of the world that we have interceded for. Thank God for breakthroughs in nations and salvation in nations. We thank God for changes happening globally all over the world. We thank God for answers to prayer. We thank God for massive testimonies; your testimony will be massive. We thank God for what He has done. We thank God for what He is doing. We thank God for what He will do. We thank God for souls brought into the kingdom. We thank God for the restoration of those who have grown cold, whose love for God has been renewed and rekindled.

We thank God for many healings that have taken place and will continue to take place. We thank God for marriages strengthened. We thank God for people who have come back in faith. We thank God for babies conceived who are going to be born nine months from now. We thank God for healing that has taken place. We thank God for the perfection of His will. We thank God for the blessing of the work of your hands. We thank God for all His goodness to us. We thank God because the floodgates of heaven are open, and we thank God for His unending visitation.

God has begun a good thing, and He is continuing it. He will not end it; He will continue, and praise, worship, and thanksgiving will be the sound that comes out of your mouth. Every day you wake up, there will be a thanksgiving testimony. Every day you go to sleep, there will be a thanksgiving testimony. The Lord has done great things for us, and we are glad. So, my friends, this is the end of one journey, not the end of all journeys. Tomorrow, I will still continue to another direction, but we thank God for how far He has brought us, and we thank God for what He is going to do in our lives.

We want to just take time to thank God for a harvest of miracles. From the beginning of tomorrow, there will be a harvest of miracles. August is a harvest of miracles, and from now to December, every day you will step into a miracle, and you will have a testimony from the Lord. Say with me, «Heavenly Father, thank You for walking with us on this journey. Thank You for what You are doing in our lives, and thank You for what You will do in our lives. In Jesus' name, amen and amen.»

It has been my joy and privilege partnering with you as we have taken this journey of 40 Days of Power, and I pray that the Lord we have spoken to will manifest Himself in our lives. This evening, I will lead a concluding service online and on air. Make time to join us because it will be an anointing service. It’s going to be miraculous, and it’s going to be powerful. I’m Pastor Mensa Otabil. Shalom, peace, and life to you.
