TD Jakes - Come Out of the Tombs
Drawing from Mark 5, the preacher shows how a man possessed by a legion of demons lived in utter torment among the tombs, cutting himself and breaking every chain—yet when he saw Jesus from afar, he ran and worshiped Him; Jesus fought through a storm to deliver him fully, declaring that no bondage is too deep for God’s power to break and calling believers to come out of their tombs into freedom.
Arrival at Gadara and the Encounter
And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes. And when He was come out of the ship, immediately there met Him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit, who had his dwelling among the tombs. No man could bind him, no, not with chains, because he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces. Neither could any man tame him.
And always, night and day, he was in the mountains and in the tombs, crying and cutting himself with stones. He lived in the tombs and cut himself over and over and over again. But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshiped Him. Can you say amen?
Let’s pray. Father God, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for Your goodness. I thank You for Your power. I thank You for Your mercy. I thank You for what You prepared for us. I thank You for what You are going to do in us and through us and with us. Hell is nervous over our future tonight. And we stand on the integrity of Your word.
Thank You for all the souls that got baptized tonight. Thank You for those that got filled with the Spirit and set free tonight. Thank You that they are fresh and clean and set free and they have come out of the tombs in the name of Jesus. Somebody shout amen. Shout amen. Tell your neighbor, come out of that tomb. You may be seated.
A Life Discarded and Isolated
In the text before us tonight, we have a gentleman who obviously had had a life in Gadara and was a Gadarene. He had had a life and then something had possessed him to the point that people could not handle him. And whenever people cannot handle you, they have a way of discarding you. You become too much for them and they put you over here. They put you in isolation somewhere. They put you in the basement somewhere.
Somebody in here knows what it is to be discarded, abandoned, rejected, ostracized, criticized. And people have a way of letting you know that you are not one of them. It is not always physically, but they have a way of letting you know that you are not one of them. And they are committed to bringing this man to the tombs where the dead were.
And he had made his home amongst the tombs. And some of us come to rest in places that we really do not need to be in. But we find ourselves in the place and working from a place that was not made for us. If you accept that as home, then it will become your destiny and you will live there and dwell there.
Reflecting on a Rough 2025
Now, let us be honest about 2025. 2025 for most of us was pretty rough. And if it was not rough for you, it was rough for your brother. If it was not rough for your brother, it was rough for your sister. If it was not rough for your sister, it was rough for your child. Some kind of way or another, 2025 had a way of working your nerves. And yet you had to function anyway.
In fact, if you walked out of here right now, you would have a certain degree of victory having survived 2025. If you walked out of here right now, we would have to crown you with jewels in the crown because you took everything that you took and made it out alive at all.
People do not understand how much strength it took for you to put a smile on your face and greet people because you did not want any more people in your business than you already had. So, you had to act like you were not in trouble though you were. Anybody getting what I am talking about? And you pressed your way because you are strong. Because you are strong.
But to be strong before people is not what I come to deal with tonight. I come to deal with those of us who are struggling in our private lives, in the counsel of our own mind. I am not just talking about in your marriage or dealing with your sexual issues or emotional issues. I am talking about in your head. There is a fight and a war going on all the time. It is a battle.
The Hidden Struggles and Rising Anyway
Everything is a battle. Things that used to be easy have become difficult and become hard to deal with. And still you press your way. As Maya Angelou would say, «And still I rise». And still I rise. I was hurt, but still I rise. I was lied on, but still I rise. I lost my job, but still I rise. I had a death in my family, but still I rise.
I had to take care of somebody sick while I needed somebody to take care of me and still I rise. Are there any caretakers in the room that you are dealing with all kinds of things and people are calling you for advice and you wish you had somebody you could call and get some advice and they are asking you to pray for them but you really need somebody to pray for you.
But the prayer is so complicated that you cannot even find anybody that is safe. You have to find somebody that is safe first and then you have to find the words to express because some of the things that you face, you do not have vernacular to be able to talk about. And yet it lives with you every day. And it has become a tomb.
And a tomb is a stinky place. And a tomb is a place that is natural only for the dead. And the contradiction is you are in a dead place, but you are still alive. The contradiction is that not all of you that somebody put you in a tomb, you have put yourself in a tomb.
Words That Incarcerate and Chains That Break
Because sometimes people will say something at one stage in your life that leaves you incarcerated for the rest of your life and they do not have to say it but one time but you hear it a hundred times over and over and over again. It lives in your head and you are having a war with words.
Now you can beat up a person but you cannot beat up a word. And that word gets down in your spirit. And the Bible says that often they had to chain him. They had to chain him in a place that he did not even need to be. But he was in the tomb. They were trying to fasten him in a place that was not his home, but he was in there.
And he kept breaking out. He kept breaking the chains, but he could not get away. He broke the chains, but he could not get away. He broke the chains. You are going to hear me in a minute. He broke the chains, but he could not get away.
You came to church and you broke the chains, but you cannot get away. You danced all over the church, but you cannot get away. You leaped up in the air, but you cannot get away. You saw some progress. You made some inroads to where you were trying to go, but you cannot really get away. And you cannot really articulate the magnitude of what you are going through.
War on Every Side: Body, Soul, and Spirit
This brother is being fought body, soul, and spirit. He has got a spiritual fight. He has got a fight in his soulish man. And he has got a fight in his body. His body has been chained with fetters. His soul has been disrupted to the point that he is cutting himself which is a psychological trait of somebody who either hates themselves or the pain on the inside is so great that they cut themselves to anesthetize the pain that is going on on the inside.
Anytime you are hurting so bad on the inside that you cut yourself on the outside, you are a miserable person. And he is being fought in his spirit because he is possessed. That means every part of him is at war at the same time.
And when if you have one thing go wrong, you can do okay. If you have a couple of things, you can do okay. But when every side on everywhere you turn, there is trouble everywhere, it becomes very difficult for you to maintain your smile.
But still you rose and still you smiled and still you greet people and still you went to work and still you took out the trash and still you got the house painted and still you got a new battery and still you work with no dryer and still you hung your clothes on the shower wall. You found a way to make it work in spite of it all.
And in the midst of it all people had the nerve to be jealous of you. People had the nerve to be jealous of you and they had no idea what you were going through. I would not mind you being jealous if I was where you thought I was. But the thing that makes me mad is that you got the nerve to compare with me. And I am barely standing here. I am barely standing up. I am barely making it from Monday to Tuesday.
Surviving in Spite of Everything
I wake up in the morning on Wednesday and say, «Hallelujah. I do not even want to get out of bed, but I make it anyway». And then you rolling your eyes at me as if I came on a fly bed of ease, which nothing came easy for me. Everything I got, I had to struggle for it. I got dirt up under my fingernail because I had to claw my way out. I had to pull against shame. I had to fight against obstacles. I had to fight myself. Hallelujah.
And you are not my worst enemy because I cut myself. This is the kind of man that is in the tombs and he is in the most hideous kind of trouble that you can imagine. There is a term anhedonia that refers to people who have mental and emotional blockages so that they have lost their sense of pleasure. Things that you normally would enjoy have become mundane.
Things that you normally could do to relieve yourself have become you have lost interest in them. People who you used to enjoy being around, you just make yourself be around them because deep on the inside, you are not even there. You are not really listening at them. You are not really enjoying what you used to do, whether it was golfing or playing basketball or going for a swim.
You are going through the motions because outwardly you might be free, but inwardly you are in the tombs. Do not tell anybody. Got to keep it to myself because there is a certain amount of pride and a certain amount of ego that I want to keep it to myself and I want to fight it by myself even though I realize that I cannot win by myself and the enemy loves to put good people in bad tombs.
The Enemy’s Strategy Against Potential
If you have ever been excommunicated and placed into a tomb, you do not have to worry about who you are. You must have potential or you would not be fought on the level you are being fought on. The devil does not have to fight what he already has. But for fear that you are going to turn into what God created you to be, he has put you way back in the tomb because he knows if you get any daylight, you are going to get a breakthrough.
The Bible says that he was in the tombs and occasionally he went to the mountains and occasionally he went back to the tombs. He had to get to the mountain because the Bible said that he saw Jesus coming. And you cannot see Jesus from a tomb. You cannot see Jesus from a tomb.
That is why the enemy wants you to stay in a tomb, wrestling in your own head, going back and forth, giving people smart answers, giving yourself smart answers, and your ability to find pleasure is gone. It is dead. It is completely gone. And you are there just a mere caricature of who you really are.
You are actually a hypocrite. You think a hypocrite is somebody who says one thing and does something else. But that is not a biblical definition of a hypocrite. The biblical definition of a hypocrite is somebody who wore a mask and they said their lines from behind the mask.
Living Behind a Mask
And by that definition, a large part of this room has lived their lives as a hypocrite with a mask over your face. Because in the Bible days whenever they did plays they had masks over their face and said their lines from behind the mask and people do not want your wife does not know it. Your children do not know it. Your husband does not know it but you are saying the right things but you are saying them from behind the mask.
Imagine the kind of torment you have to be in to cut yourself. Now, he did not tie himself, but when he was not being tied, he cut himself. So, I got to fight the enemy on the outside and I got to fight the enemy on the inside. Because every time I get something good, I fool around and lose it because I cut myself.
I do not think I am worthy of it. I do not think I am supposed to have it. I have a way of assassinating things that God would do in my life because I cut myself. And I asked myself, why did you do that? And I have no answer for it, but I cut myself.
Half of the trouble that you have gone through are things you did to yourself. I said it and I meant it and I am here to represent it. You did it to yourself. You alienated yourself. Anybody who got close, you pushed them away. You ruined the new door that was opened up to you. You shut down the chance you had because you did not feel worthy to be in that place and you cut yourself.
But still he was there and at the top of the mountain he saw Jesus coming. And when he saw Jesus coming he ran toward Him to worship Him. He ran to worship Him.
Worship: The Starting Point of Breakthrough
The problem with the church today is that we think worship is the end of the service. That is the goal. We think if I worship, if I shout, that is the goal. The truth of the matter, worship is the starting point. Because when you really start worshiping God, that is when all the dirt comes out. That is when all the pain comes out. That is when all the turmoil comes out.
That is when we strip down religion off of you and strip down your church face. When you really start worshiping God, we are not at the end of the service. We just about ready to get started. I came from the old church where service did not get hot till about midnight and it was not watch night service.
We would lay around the altar and where you finished is where we got started. And when it was all over, somebody had to drive us home and we were drunk. But we were not drunken as you supposed because we had the kind of Holy Ghost that took over your life.
The kind of Holy Ghost that is so strong that we did not get in our car and start talking about people. We did not get in our car and start listening to any kind of old song or any kind of lustful music because we were so far in.
See, you never got far enough in the spirit for there to be a real change. You broke some chains, but you never really got delivered. You still keep going back to the tomb because you live amongst the dead.
Dead Surroundings Make Death Normal
Half of your friends are dead. Half of your colleagues are dead. Half of your co-workers are dead. Half the people got your number are dead. There are so many people dead around you that they make dead look normal. If you get enough dead people around you, they will make dead look normal.
And he ran toward Jesus to worship Him. And when we get to the point where we are laying on the altar and we are getting breakthroughs, we do the benediction and go home. But the truth of the matter is we are just getting started at the point that the yoke breaks and the tears come and the tongues flow and the power of God moves.
That is the starting point of breaking that yoke that stops you from living the rest of your life bound in chains and tied in fetters and cutting yourself and licking your own blood. That is the cutting point where you begin to start the kind of reformation that causes a demonstration in the spirit world that begins to break yokes and break spirits.
He ran toward Jesus to worship Him. Now, in this text, it shows us what he went through to get to Jesus, but it does not show us in the text what Jesus went through to get to him. Jesus had to face a storm to get to him. He had to fight a storm off to get to him.
You remember how they woke Jesus up on the ship and He had to wake up out of His sleep and rise to the bow of the ship and say, «Peace, be still». And the Bible said that He rebuked the winds and the waves.
Jesus Rebukes the Spiritual Storm
And when I saw the word rebuke, I said, «Wait a minute. You do not rebuke weather». So this storm is not a natural storm. This is a spiritual storm. And Jesus had to rebuke the storm. See, the devil knew that Jesus was headed for Gadara and he was trying to stop Him from getting there.
And yet Jesus plowed through the storm and rebuked the winds and the waves to get to this one man. So the man is trying to get to Jesus and the demons do not want him there. And Jesus is trying to get to the man and the demons do not want Him there.
But when God has ordained for you to get loose, when God has ordained for you to get loose, I do not care if you work with witches. If God ordains for you to get loose, no devil in hell can hold you in your place.
The power of God will stop the wind and make the waves lay prostrate in the flood. The power of God is so strong that the tsunami cannot stop you from getting to Jesus. The power of God is so strong that when Jesus gets ready to come to you, no principality or power can stop Him from getting to you.
Jesus Is Coming for You
Jesus is coming. You do not have to hurt much longer. Jesus is coming. You do not have to cut yourself any longer. Jesus is coming. You do not have to toss and turn all night. Jesus is coming. You do not have to give up on yourself. Jesus is coming. You do not have to take matters into your own hands. Jesus is coming.
You do not have to go in the club and be a stripper. Jesus is coming. You do not have to roll dice to get money. Jesus is coming. You do not have to sell weed to get money. Jesus is coming.
Touch ten people and say, «Jesus is coming». Spread the word in the balcony, Jesus is coming. Tell the people in your house, Jesus is coming. Tell the people behind you and in front of you, Jesus is coming.
And if they do not get happy it is because something is holding them from being glad about Jesus. Because when you really want to be delivered, you get excited when you see Jesus coming.
All these demons could not stop the man from bowing down to worship Jesus. Hallelujah to God. I am so sick and tired of people who live with air conditioning, got dishwashers, got fine clothes, got nice car, and you got to beg them to praise the Lord.
When our forefathers, praise God, walked in the church, shiny suit, shoes had holes in them, but they had more power than all them red bottom shoes you got. They had power that would cause a spell to be broken off your life. They had power.
Signs That Jesus Is Coming Soon
I know Jesus is coming because there are too many young folks killing their parents and too many parents killing their kids. It is all a sign that Jesus is coming. I know Jesus is coming because they are working on the mark of the beast right now.
I know Jesus is coming because all hell is breaking loose and there are wars and rumors of war. I know Jesus is coming because generations arising against generation. All of them are signs that Jesus is coming.
I do not need no Bible. I can pick up the paper and know that Jesus is coming because my Bible and my newspaper are starting to mirror each other. They are starting to look just alike.
Everything they said in the Bible that we just imagined it is coming to pass because Jesus is coming. The prophet said, «I saw a statue and the statue got life and started to move». Well, in their day, they did not know what robots were, so he had to call it a statue.
But I am seeing statues, robots standing up with electricity tied to them. And they are moving in a way that the prophet could only describe what is becoming your reality. And it is all because God wants you to know that Jesus is coming.
Whatever you going to do for Him, you got to go ahead and get it done because Jesus is coming. If you are going to build it, you better hurry up because Jesus is coming. If you are going to move, you better move now because Jesus is coming.
No Time for Pettiness Anymore
You got to stop being petty and stop worrying about people and stop trying to straighten out things that do not matter and stop trying to change people’s mind. You do not want me, leave me alone. You do not like me, get out of my face. You do not want to see any good come out of my life, close your eyes, because I am getting ready to go ahead.
I am getting to God. I am getting ready to go ahead. Touch your neighbor and say, «If you blink, I will get blessed right now». Yeah, you better believe it, I will get blessed right now because Jesus is coming.
I know I got my problems. I know I got my issues. I know I got my demons. I know I got my storms. I know I have been cutting on myself. But none of that stops Jesus from coming.
The only people who do not want to touch people who have a past is church people. Nothing this man had done was so bad that Jesus would not talk to him. Nothing that had happened in his life that was so bad that Jesus would not intervene in his life and disrupt the entire situation.
I feel like God is going to break a yoke in here tonight. I feel like God is going to break a yoke in here tonight. I feel like somebody’s handcuffs are coming off and shackles are coming off your feet.
A Night of Breakthrough and Deliverance
I got a feeling that God did not call us together just to have a watch night service and sing some songs and go home and eat some breakfast and go to bed. The devil is a lie. God brought us here for a showdown. There is going to be a breakthrough tonight. There is going to be a deliverance tonight. There is going to be a breakout tonight.
Somebody is going to run out. Somebody is going to leap out. Somebody is going to cry out. But there are some people that are tired of staying in the tomb. Pull your neighbor, pull them like this and say, «Come out of the tomb».
You do not have no business in that tomb. You do not have no business in that depression. You do not have no business in that place. You do not have no business isolating yourself. You do not have no business living in despair.
God sent me here to tell you to come out of that tomb. And as soon as you come out of that tomb, God is going to show Himself strong in your life. And whenever God shows Himself, every demon has got to back up.
I feel hell getting nervous. I feel witches getting uneasy. Something is about to break in this place. Tell your neighbors, if you do not want it, you better get out of here because something is about to break in this place.
Demons Negotiate and Reveal Their Name
So the demons started negotiating with Jesus. So the demons started negotiating with Jesus. Said, «Why have You come to torment us before our time»? Because the presence of God torments demons. We used to sing, «Ain’t nobody mad but the devil». Because when you are really anointed, your very presence gets on somebody’s nerve.
You do not have to do nothing. You do not have to change your hair. You do not have to put on no cute dress. The fact that you got glory coming through the pores of your skin gets on somebody’s nerve. But we just going to have to get on your nerves tonight.
Because everything in here that got the Holy Ghost got to come out. Everything in here that has got the power of God has got to bust a move. You cannot sit there and hide this kind of power.
And so they said our name is Legion for we are many. So I did some research on Legion and for a Roman they knew that legions were only the finest soldiers that they coalesced. Generally, in order to be a legion, you had to be five to six thousand bad soldiers.
So when the devil said, «My name is Legion, for we are many». He is saying, «There is about 6,000 jokers down in here». And the man had so many demons down inside of him that when Jesus finally did cast them out, they went into a herd of swine. And the swine committed suicide.
A Walking Miracle Carrying a Legion
By the way, the reason you know he is a gentile, they were raising swine. If they were Jews, they never would have been raising swine. And the Bible said that when Jesus cast out the demons, He cast them out into the swine. And the swine said, «I would rather be dead than live with what you have been living with».
What you have been living with is so powerful. It is enough to kill a herd of swine. The very fact that you are still standing is a miracle. No way in the world you had the legion of trouble you have on you and still be able to stand up, clap your hand.
Somebody stand up, clap your hands, and get on hell’s nerves. You got legions of trouble. You got legions of pain. You got legions of memories. You got legions that have been assigned and committed to your detriment and to your destruction. And still you are here tonight.
And that is enough to make you shake your hair down till all your curls come out. Because there is no way in the world that you supposed to have that many demons on you and you still be standing here.
All of them was in one man. The herd of swine could not hold them and they were all in this one man. Touch your neighbor and say, «I wish you knew what I had to carry. I wish you knew what was behind this smile.»
I wish you knew how many nights I laid in the bed and cried. I wish you knew how many times I sat in the car and the engine was off and I could not get out of the car and I could not go.
I wish you knew how many times I felt like giving up and throwing in the towel. And I wish you knew how many times I stayed here because I did not want to embarrass God with me coming out of this world.
I wish you knew how hard it was to be me and you want to be close. You cannot be close to me because you cannot stand to see how much it costs me to be me. And I cannot dump it on you because it caused the swine to run into the river and die.
God Kept You for a Purpose
There are people that would have died rather than to deal with what you have been dealing with. Still God kept you. Still you were here. Still God brought you. Still God kept you. Still God blessed you to put a smile on your face.
You a walking miracle. I mean before He cast out the demons. You a walking miracle that you could carry that much stuff and still be standing up talking about I worship the Lord.
You a walking miracle right now that you are standing here right now. Nobody knows what you have been through, but God brought you through it because He has got a plan for your life.
And you will not die in the tomb. You may cry in the tomb. You may get cut in the tomb. You may have chaos in the tomb. But I prophesy to you tonight. You will not die in that tomb. God has a place for you. And you are getting ready to escape. And it is going to start tonight.
Tell your neighbor, I am going to start this tonight. I am getting ready to set it off. If you do not like it, you better get out of here because I am too serious. I am going to set it off tonight.
If I got to clear my fuse, I am going to set it off if I got to dance on your pocketbook. I am going to set it off if I have to lay on the altar because I feel something about to change in my life.
Praise That Brings the Breakthrough
Somebody give Him 30 seconds of crazy praise. Praise Him. Praise Him like you know something that the devil does not know. Praise Him like you got plans for 2026. Praise Him like you see a breakthrough about to break forth in your life.
Praise Him like you understand that God is going to take what is on you and move it somewhere else. Praise Him like you mean business. Praise Him like the Holy Ghost is jumping up and down in your belly. Praise Him like you feel a breakthrough coming.
But the demon said to Jesus, «Do not make us leave the region because demons take over territories». It was never about the man. It was about the territory.
Principalities and powers take over territories and hell wants to take over your territory that wants to possess the territory because they made such an investment in it.
You know, it is not just you, it is your son, it is your daughter, it is your mama, it is your grandmama. All of that is territory that when you get a breakthrough, everything connected to you is going to come out too.
Everything that came out of your body is going to come out too. Everything you thought in your head is going to come out too. Everything that is living in your house is going to come out too. Everything that carries your DNA code is going to come out too.
And you are not just fighting for yourself. Tonight we going to break up stuff that hits your daughter in the living room, knocks your son off the couch, makes your mama start dancing in the kitchen, makes your dishwasher start running and nobody hit the button.
Calling for Radical Praise
I need about a hundred people that do not care what they look like, do not care what they got on, do not care if their hair falls down in their face. I need about a hundred people that will start praising God till sweat mess up your makeup, till your eyelashes come off.
I need about a hundred people that do not care if the glue comes off your wig. I need about a hundred people that will lift Him up and give God the praise.
I need about a hundred people that know that I am not going to go home like I came. I need about a hundred people that made up in their mind. This is not just church. This is a breakthrough night.
I need about a hundred people that will start jumping for joy like you just got loose. Like you just broke loose. Like you just got deliverance. Like a chain just fell. Like a door just opened. Like a wind just blew. Like a mighty rushing wind.
I need about a hundred people that will stop being cute and praise Him like you got some Holy Ghost. I mean some real Holy Ghost, some old-fashioned Holy Ghost, some anointing in your life.
I am not leaving till I get my joy. I am not going to stop till I get my joy. I am tired of faking being happy. I am tired of faking being glad. I am going to leap for joy. I am going to leap till I snatch it. I am going to leap till I grab it.
You Are Almost There
You almost there. You almost there. You almost there. You are almost there. The point of no return. You are almost there. You are at the place where 2025 is going to finally turn you loose.
All of the things you wrestled with all this year is about to break up for you where you are almost there. If you keep praising God, He is going to do something crazy in your life.
It is going to get in your car. It is going to get in your house. It is going to get in your living room. It is going to get in your feet. It is going to get in your hands. It is going to get in your mind. It is going to get in your spirit.
Grab somebody. Pull on them like you are going to knock them down. Pull on them. Say, «Come out of that tomb. Come out of that tomb». You got to come out of that tomb.
If you got to crawl, come out of that tomb. If you got to run, come out of that tomb. If you got to leap, come out of that tomb. If you got to cry, come out of that tomb.
I went through too much hell. I have had to park too far away to come to church and not come out of that tomb.
Shake your neighbor and say, «If you will not come out, I am coming out by myself. If you just going to stand there, I am coming out with my hands up. I am coming out with a surrender. I am coming out with a yes in my heart.»
Evicting the Enemy
I feel the power of the Holy Ghost about to break loose in this place. I feel the angels flapping their wings over this house. I feel the anointing of the living God. Somebody is coming out.
I feel you coming. Hell feels you coming. God knows you coming. You have been through too much not to sell it tonight. It is finished. It is over.
Get out of my house. Get out of my house. Get out of my job. Get out of my mind. Get out of my emotions. Get out of my spirit. Your time is up. I evict you, devil. I evict you.
I do not know where you are going to move to, but I am throwing your clothes out the window. I am throwing your shoes out the front door. It is over between me and you.
Everybody who cancels out everything the devil did in your life, leap for joy and give Him the Holy Ghost praise. I cancel it. I cancel it. I cancel it. I cancel it. I cancel it. I cancel it.
Every curse, every wayward thing, I cancel it. It has got to go. Everything you tried in 2025, I cancel it out. I cancel it with a praise. I cancel it with a shout. I cancel it with a dance. I cancel it speaking in tongues.
I feel the power of the Holy Ghost about to hit this place. I do not care what I look like. I want everybody that do not care to give God a praise and praise right now. Right now. Right now. Right now. Right now.
Canceling the Devil’s Plans
I hear change flowing. I see doors moving. I see mountains moving. I see the pigs heading for the pen. It is over, devil. I cancel you out. I retire your plan. I retire your purpose. I retire what you are trying to do.
I do not know where you are going, but you got to get out of here. You got to go right now. You got to go in the name of Jesus. You got to go tonight.
Sickness, get out of my body. Cancer, get out of my body. Diabetes, get out of my body. High blood pressure, get out of my body. Cataracts, get out of my body. I cancel you out.
Anybody who is serious about making war, give God your best praise. Your best praise, your high praise. Your anointed praise, your crazy praise, your stupid praise, your made up your mind praise.
I am going to get this breakthrough if it is the last thing I do. I am going to get this breakthrough. I did not come this far not to throw my rock. Goliath you are going down tonight you are going down in the name of Jesus.

Celebrating a New You in 2026
I can feel the breaking of day. It would be one thing if I was celebrating a new year, but the thing that has got me dancing is I am celebrating a new me. I am celebrating a new mind. I am celebrating a new attitude. I am celebrating a new joy. I am celebrating a new victory.
Devil, you should have killed me when you had the chance. But it is too late. I am celebrating my own deliverance. If you are not happy for me, I will be happy for myself.
Take the roof off this place. Make the lights start flashing. Make a noise that gets in the balcony. Make a noise that hits the parking lot. Make a noise that the police can hear. Make a noise that stops traffic.
Shout yes somebody. My heart says yes. My mind says yes. My lungs say yes. My kidneys say yes. My liver says yes. Yes to Your will. Yes to Your word. Yes to Your way. Yes to more power. Yes to more victory. Yes to more peace. Yes to more power.
Somebody open your mouth and say yes. Say yes. Say yes. Say yes till something happens. Shout yes till your grace. Shout yes till we cross over.
Oh devil. Oh devil. You should have killed me when you had the chance, but it is too late. Right now, I am leaving 2025 and I am crossing over into a brand new year.

Sealing the Deliverance in Prayer
We are going to seal this deliverance tonight. We are going to seal it. I want you to join hands with somebody and spread vows. Leave no one untouched.
There are some emotional things, some spiritual things, some psychological things, some physical things that we refuse to take with us into the new year.
Squeeze them by the hand. You are holding a miracle in your hands. If you knew what they have been through, you would be slain in the spirit.
Squeeze that hand. Jesus came all the way to Gadara to reach one man. Squeeze that hand. That is the man right there. That is the woman right there. He came out of His way to make sure you got what you needed.
Squeeze that hand, Father. Father, tonight that numbness that has come over us, I break it tonight in the name of Jesus. We built up walls to keep anybody from getting in and they became prisons and we could not get out.
But we are not going to stay in this tomb. The Bible never records the Legion ever went back to the tombs again. And I decree and declare tonight. I am not going back anymore.
Squeeze your neighbor by the hand. If you are going with me, you going to have to come out of that tomb. I cannot carry no more dead weight. I am tired of fixing stuff I did not break. I am tired of it.
Tonight is a breakthrough night for me. And I want you for the next three minutes to pray for that person you are touching with everything you got. Open your mouth. Open your mouth.

Altar Call and Final Breakthrough
I thank You, Jesus. That we shall never be the same, ever again. And we seal it with this prayer. And we call it done for the glory of God.
Squeeze it one more time and say, «Neighbor, neighbor, I do not know who you were before. I do not know who you were before, but you are not going to never be the same.»

If you are a sinner, backslider, been out of fellowship, been withdrawn, been weighed down with the cares of this world. And something that you heard tonight makes you want to be saved. Makes you want to come home.
Legion from that day forward said, «I want to go with You, Jesus». But Jesus sent him back home to start a revolution. You do not have any idea who you are or you would not be cutting on yourself like you have.
If you have got a sneaking suspicion that you really belong to God though you have been used by the enemy, run down to this altar and give your life to Christ right now. Right now. Right now. Right now. Right now.
I give my body. I give my mind. I give my weakness. I give myself. I give my emotions. I give my sensibilities. I give my low self-esteem. I give my ego. I give my fear.
Come on. Right here. Right here. Right here. Give yourself to Jesus right here. Right now. I do not care who is looking. I do not care what they say. I do not care what they heard. I do not care what they think.
Come right now. When you go to work tomorrow and they ask you, «What were you doing at midnight»? You tell them I was giving my life to God. I was breaking chains off of my life. I was declaring liberty.
And I refuse to get in my car with a chain around my feet. Come on. Right now. I refuse to get in my car with one habit holding on to me and will not let go. I refuse.
Tonight is my night for breakthrough. It is my night for breakthrough. It happens tonight. Come on. I am waiting on you. More importantly, God is waiting on you. The Spirit of the Lord is waiting on you.
Hell is daring you to come. The devil is threatened that you might come. Come on y’all and stand up. I am still standing. I am older than you. Stand up like you got some power so nobody have to crawl over you.
I am calling you once. I am calling you twice. I am calling you three times. Lazarus, come forth. Come out of that tomb. Come out of that tomb. You do not belong with them dead people.
You know you are not one of them. You know in your heart you are not one of them. Come on right now.

I want the whole church to point your hands this way. The first thing we are going to do in 2026 is win people to Jesus.
They are all over here. They are all around the altar. They are all in the corners. Come on. Come on. Do not get behind them. Get in front of them. You going to lead them to the Lord.
This is your ministry time now. Get in front of them. Get in front of what the enemy has been trying to do to them. The devil will not win this fight. He will not win this fight. Not this time.
That yoke is broken. You have been carrying that pain all of your life, but that yoke is broken right now in the name of Jesus.
You have been carrying it and people do not even see it. It has been breaking you down and trying to kill you. But tonight is your night for a breakthrough. Hallelujah to God.
It is going to happen right now in the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus. Somebody lay your hands on his head. It is going to happen right now.
Father, right now in the name of Jesus, we bring these souls to You. Some are backsliders, some are sinners. Some are wayward girls and some are prodigal sons, but tonight we bring them to You.
I pray they would never be the same again. I pray that their whole house would change. I pray that new doors would open. I pray that new opportunities would break forth. I pray that old spirits would break off of them.
