Patricia King - The Unshakable Kingdom
TOPICS: Kingdom of God

Summary
In this sermon, the preacher reminds the church that God’s kingdom is eternal, unshakable, and not of this world, drawing heavily from Hebrews 12:25–29 and Jesus' words in John 18:36. She stresses that believers often put too much hope in political systems to advance God’s purposes, while the real power comes through humility, repentance, and reliance on the Holy Spirit. Ultimately, she calls the church to live fully as citizens of the unshakable kingdom, expecting a great move of God that transcends earthly politics and brings glory even in dark times.

The Unshakable Kingdom
So, today I want to share a message called the unshakable kingdom, and we are in a very critical time, actually, in church history, but also in our nation’s history. And of course, because of the United States of America being a lead nation, what happens here actually affects the whole world. So, we want to make sure that we are positioning ourselves rightly before God, especially the church in this nation, because a lot is dependent on it.

A Word to Those Listening Online
Now, that being said, before I break open this message to you, I just want to say for those of you who are commenting on social media, be nice, and also, in your own mind, be at peace with what you’re hearing. There might be some things that you hear today that you might wrestle with, and that’s okay. But let the Lord unpack it for you; let the Lord give you His peace in the midst of it.

I just want to make it clear before I begin because I realize there are many different takes happening in the body of Christ right now, as far as what’s happening and what should be happening, what God’s going to do, and what He hasn’t done, and all of that. I just want to say that if you are in faith because you want to be faithful to what God has shown you, your faith is to be celebrated and not ridiculed. It is to be celebrated!

Celebrating Faith and Calling for Humility
So, I want you to know that I’m not coming against anyone here right now or trying to say that whoever believes a certain way is doing it wrong. I just want to say that if you are walking with God in what you genuinely believe He’s saying, your faith and your obedience to Him are to be celebrated.

That being said, we need to understand that in the multitude of counselors, there is wisdom, and we need to walk in real humility right now and carefulness, and we’ll be talking about that today. But just know that you are loved, and we love, honor, and respect anyone who carries Jesus in their heart. We also have a love for the world that does not know the Lord yet, and we are believing for them with God’s love.

He said He so loved the world that He gave Jesus so that all could be saved. So we want to, at Shiloh, carry that heart. But I want to share on the unshakable kingdom with some insights that I believe will be helpful to our family here and help us to know how to move forward in these coming days.

What Is a Kingdom?
When we’re talking about the kingdom, the word kingdom is defined as the territory that is ruled by a king. It is the jurisdiction of a king. A kingdom is not a democracy because the people don’t have rule; God does. The majority of the people don’t make the decisions; the king does, okay? And so that is the difference that we’re looking at today.

So, when we’re saying the unshakable kingdom, we’re talking about a kingdom that is ruled by a king, okay? In the unseen dimension, there are actually two kingdoms that we discover in the Scripture, and that is in Luke 11:17–20. Jesus actually unpacks that for us, and He says that there are two kingdoms.

Two Kingdoms in the Invisible Realm
He was accused of casting the devil out of people by the prince of the devils. He said, «Well, if Satan… you know, if I’m casting out devils by Satan, then his kingdom, Satan’s kingdom, is divided.» So Jesus Himself stated that Satan has a kingdom, okay? It’s in the invisible realm.

But He says if I cast out devils by the finger of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. So He declares two kingdoms. We need to understand that in the invisible realm, there are two kingdoms, and even though we can’t see the kingdoms, we can see the manifestations of those kingdoms at work.

Okay, so in Satan’s kingdom, he is referred to as the god of this world, little «g.» In 2 Corinthians 4:4, it says, «In whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.»

The Blinding Influence of the Enemy
And I just want to say something right now: we expect people who do not have the Lord to understand His ways, but the devil has blinded them, so they cannot see. It says right here they cannot see. You’ll probably recall before you got saved, you probably had certain perspectives that you thought were right because you were blinded to the truth.

And so we need to be very careful right now about who we are judging because the unsaved, even though they might be making horrible decisions, are blinded to the truth. So we need to be praying that their eyes will be opened to the truth, and that will change everything.

My life was changed in one moment when Jesus came into my heart, and I started to see so many things differently right away. So the world system that we are living in today—the world—Jesus said you’re in the world, but you’re not of the world. He’s talking about a world system.

Characteristics of Satan’s Kingdom
The world system is influenced and controlled by Satan. It is his realm, and it is corrupt. These are just a few characteristics of this kingdom, and there are many, but this is a few: it is corrupt. Anyone believe that? Can you believe that the world system is corrupt?

Okay, if it is corrupt at its core, because that’s the nature of it in Satan, can it be anything else? Okay, corrupt. It’s full of sin; it’s idolatrous, it’s immoral, it’s full of pride and selfish ambition. It’s full of hate and jealousy. It’s full of lies; it’s full of greed, control, cruelty, deep darkness, chaos, and fear. Those are just some of the characteristics of the kingdoms of this world because they are under the authority of the god, little «g, ” of this world.

God’s Kingdom Is Completely Different
But God’s kingdom is different—a totally separate kingdom. Jesus is eternal, which means He has no beginning and no end; He just always is, and has been, and will be. He is eternal; He is immortal; He will never die; He’ll never pass on; He never has to pass the torch because He’s always going to be.

And He is invisible; He is the invisible king. 1 Timothy 1:17 says, „Now to the king eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.“ And He is our God. Amen!

His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom. His kingdom is not like the kingdoms of this world that can rise and fall. His kingdom is not like a demonic kingdom that can be annihilated and thrown into judgment; His kingdom is forever. It is an everlasting kingdom that you and I belong to.

We are in this kingdom; we are citizens of this kingdom, and the characteristics of Christ’s kingdom are love. That’s the atmosphere of this kingdom. It is righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit, freedom and liberty, healing, deliverance, life, miracles.

It’s a holy kingdom. There’s humility, which is a characteristic, esteeming others higher than ourselves. Servanthood—Jesus modeled that; you know, He was the greatest in the kingdom, and He was a servant of all. There’s glory, there’s light—not darkness, but light—and there’s good works. Those are some of the attributes of the kingdom of God, which we are citizens of, that we are partakers of.

Christ’s Kingdom Is Not of This World
Now, Christ’s kingdom is not of this world. Say it’s not of this world. You sound really convinced. Okay, let me convince you further with Scripture. John 18:36—Jesus answered, „Now, what was going on here?“ Let me tell you what was going on here; Jesus came into the world in God’s perfect timing, but it was a mess.

The world was a mess—in fact, God’s people, His people, were being oppressed with political and religious oppression. There was no freedom; they were bound. So, Jesus came to proclaim the kingdom; He says, „Repent, turn away from the worldly sense, and turn unto Me, because the kingdom is at hand. I’m establishing My kingdom; the kingdom is now here.“

Okay, as He’s preaching the good news of the kingdom and manifesting heaven—the kingdom of heaven—where there are sick, He would heal them; where there are bound, He would free them; the dead He raised, and He manifested what the kingdom looked like. That’s what the kingdom looked like.

When there were hungry people, He fed them; where there were storms, He settled them. He said, „This is what the kingdom looks like. The kingdom that I represent is different from the world.“

Jesus Before Pilate
Now, what happened is the authorities—both the religious authorities and political authorities—pressured Jesus and brought Him into a place of being arrested. He actually got arrested by the religious authorities of the day and was brought before the political authorities.

The political authority said to Him, „Well, your people want you to be tried; they want you to be crucified. Who are you? They say that you’re a king; are you a king?“ He said, „Yes, I am, you know, as you say.“ So, He’s having a talk with one of the political leaders at that time, and then He said, „My kingdom… My kingdom”—listen to this—“is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, then My servants would be fighting so that I would not be handed over to the Jews, but as it is, My kingdom is not of this realm.“

Now, that should enlighten you; that should be an „Aha!“ moment for you, it really should, because what we’re dealing with right now is confusion about realms. We’ve got a natural realm where there are political and religious systems inside a realm that is not God’s kingdom; it’s the realm of the world.

The kingdoms of the world are the kingdom of the enemy that is overseeing these things, and we are trying to implement the kingdom of heaven through a political system. Now, don’t get angry with me; just go to the Lord and pray about this.

Jesus Did Not Fight the System
Jesus Himself, when He was confronted—now, they were lying about Him, right? He was falsely charged, and they brought Him before the courts, set Him before the courts, and the judges; they had false witnesses who came and lied about Him. Does that sound familiar?

It was an illegal trial in that sense. But He opened not His mouth—not a word in His own defense—and the Bible says He went like a lamb led to the slaughter because He didn’t have to defend Himself in a system; you know, in a kingdom that He wasn’t part of.

He brought light into the darkness every single day of His earthly existence. He proclaimed the kingdom, and He lived the kingdom, and He loved as the King every single day of His existence. So, when the kingdoms of this world and the political system and the religious system brought Him to task, He didn’t fight it.

He said, „If My kingdom were of this world, My people would get up in arms, and they would fight, but it’s not of this world.“ Does that tell us something about today? Maybe we’re fighting the wrong battle right now—just maybe.

Christians in Influence, But the Battle Is Spiritual
Now, I’m not saying, and please don’t hear me say that I don’t believe that Christians should be in a place of influence in government or in media or in education. I believe our light should shine everywhere, and I believe that we should go in and that we should be lights wherever there is influence. I think more is actually better.

But our battle is not against flesh and blood; our battle is not according to a satanic kingdom. Our battle is in the Lord with spiritual weapons and with a God-given agenda and battle strategy that we have to discern in this hour.

Jesus said, „My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were, then My servants would be fighting you right now. They would be trying to get Me out of this court case; they would be trying to expose the lies that you’ve been telling about Me; they would try to expose those false witnesses and say, ‘Look at that; it’s all lies.’ But My kingdom’s not of this world, so I’m not fighting on that level.“

Because He had a much bigger plan. He had a much bigger plan. I’m telling you, God has a bigger plan right now than what we could ever imagine or think, and it is not bound to this world or system. It is way, way bigger than that.

The Increase of His Government
Now, the Bible says that Christ’s kingdom is the eternal kingdom, and of the increase of His government and of peace, there is no end—no end of the increase. So it says in verse six of Isaiah 9, „For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government shall be upon His shoulder.“

Now that’s not talking about the world system government being upon Jesus’ shoulder; that’s not what that means. It’s talking about the government—the government, the government of God. It’s talking about the eternal government that is going to last forever and ever.

What we are partaking of in Christ even now, it says the government shall be upon His shoulder, and His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace, there shall be no end.

We can expect an increase right now of the government of Jesus Christ Almighty through His church. We can expect an increase of government, and we can expect an increase of peace. But it’s not tied into or dependent on a political system, even though we can influence that system.

Again, I want you to hear my heart; I’m not trying to say that we can’t influence it. We can, but it’s just a different realm. Of the increase of His government and of His peace, there shall be no end, upon the throne of David and upon His kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even forever. And the zeal of the Lord of Hosts will perform this.

God’s Bigger Plan at the Cross
Justice will be done, but it might look different. It looked different in Jesus’ day. He was actually tried, and He was condemned according to the demonic kingdom, according to the political system—the religious system of the day actually condemned Him to death according to the penalty.

He was charged as guilty and condemned when He was really innocent, but He didn’t even try to prove His own innocence at that time because God had a bigger plan. No one understood what was taking place at the cross. They thought He was gone; they thought, „Okay, finished now, goodbye, good riddance; he’s gone.“

Were they ever surprised! They were surprised; they even tried to put a rock in front of the cave. Nothing—nothing could keep Him in that grave. Nothing could keep Him in there. And He rose on the third day and walked the earth and released other people from their graves, and people who had been dead for a while were walking around testifying of the resurrection power of Jesus Christ.

He spent time with His disciples, teaching them about the kingdom and saying nothing can hold me down—nothing! Not sin, not death, not hell, not the grave—nothing can hold me back. And He is forever our eternal King forever.

The Foundation of His Throne
His throne—because kings sit on thrones—His throne is established on righteousness and justice. Psalm 89:14 says, „Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne; lovingkindness and truth go before You.“ Psalm 97:2 says, „Clouds and thick darkness surround Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne.“

We’re going to see righteousness and justice; we are going to see it! We are going to see God do something so big when all of man’s ways and man’s systems fail. God is going to show up. It’s going to look very different than what many of us are expecting, just like in Jesus’ day when they expected a political reprieve of all the oppression that they’d had—that some great Messiah is going to come and sit on the throne and be a political leader.

It wasn’t like that; it was bigger than that as Jesus ushered in an eternal kingdom, an eternal King. The foundation of His throne is righteousness and justice, and we’re going to see it.

In Matthew 6:33, it says, „But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.“

Receiving an Unshakable Kingdom
Now, this kingdom that we are talking about right now is an unshakable kingdom. It is unshakable! I don’t want you worrying about anything right now; we’re going to see God intervene; we’re going to see God do something so great, it’s going to be amazing, because we are of a kingdom that is unshakable.

Hebrews 12:25–29 says, „See to it”—this is an important scripture, so read it carefully—“See to it that you do not refuse Him who is speaking, for if those did not escape when they refused Him who warned them on earth, much less will we escape who turn away from Him who warns from heaven.“

This is a New Testament scripture, by the way; and His voice shook the earth then, but now He has promised, saying, „Yet once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens, ” and that includes the domain in which Satan is active.

This expression „yet once more“ denotes the removing of those things which can be shaken as of created things, so that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us show gratitude by which we may offer to God an acceptable service with reverence, for our God is a consuming fire.

Now, we are of a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and the only thing that is going to be shaken and is being shaken right now are the things that can be. So if there’s something in your life or in your belief system, even about the political realm, or if you see things being shaken up in the world, then that’s not kingdom.

If it can be shaken, it’s not of the kingdom—let it shake! Just let it shake; don’t defend it; don’t protect it; don’t try to make it unshaken—just let it shake! Because we are of a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and God wants us to stand in Him with so much confidence in this hour because we are in for one of the greatest moves of God that mankind has ever seen.

Greater Glory Ahead
Our God is not mocked; He is God Almighty, and of the increase of His government and of His peace, there shall be no end. I tell you, we are about to see something so amazing, and it might not have anything to do with politics—just maybe! Just maybe it might not have anything to do with a human being who is in office; it might be way bigger than that.

If you put your trust in the arm of flesh, it will surely fail you; I think we’re seeing a bit of that. If it is shakable, it’s not the kingdom! We are in this world, but we are not of this world; we’re separated unto God’s kingdom.

We’re kingdom citizens; we are citizens of an eternal kingdom—a powerful, glorious, eternal kingdom. We can influence—we cannot sanctify a world system because it’s already been judged; the world’s already been judged; the system is coming down—Revelation 18! The whole thing’s coming down by fire in less than a day.

Everything, everything will be gone. That’s why God says, „Come out of the midst of her, My people; don’t be part of getting all wrapped up in it because it’s corrupt. You can’t make it holy because your favorite politician got in.“

But again, I want to say we can influence; we can influence now. Before a great awakening, there is going to be a rude awakening that I think we are maybe in right now.

Challenges for the Church to Consider
I just want to challenge us with some thoughts this morning that you can take before the Lord. You don’t have to agree with these, but I think it would be good to ponder them.

Number one: currently, many believers fought on a political level to protect the rights of the unborn because almost 70 million babies have been murdered through abortion since 1974. It’s an atrocity, and the church must be a voice for truth.

I believe that the Father has taken great pleasure in those whose hearts wanted to be a voice—even that you were willing to do whatever you could politically to get something in place that would protect those babies. He sees your heart; it’s a beautiful heart. He sees that the answer to see those babies safe is not going to be found in a political decision—we can see that now—but believe me, God’s heard our prayers, and He has honored our hearts, and He loves that.

He is about ready to do something; He takes pleasure in those of you who will be a voice for justice. But I need to ask a question: as we’re out there fighting on a political level to be a voice, we’ve got to get a certain politician in because we don’t want any more aborted babies.

I’m asking you, how many babies were aborted in the church this last year? I know of numbers just from different leaders who have spoken to me, shared with me, and even the people that they’ve been counseling, trying to keep people from getting abortions—young girls in their 20s that even after being counseled went ahead and had them, even growing up in Christian homes, knowing it was not right.

I’m not trying to condemn those girls; I’m not, and Jesus doesn’t want them condemned. But I am saying we are playing right into the devil’s hands, and while we’re trying to be a voice to protect the unborn, we’re killing our own. We have to look at that because we can’t say one thing and act another.

Secondly, we raise our voice against corruption and selfish ambition in the nation, especially with political leaders on the media. We’ve been quite vocal about this, but how much corruption and selfish ambition has there been in the church this year?

How many Christians have cheated? How many Christians have stolen? How many Christians have attempted to cover up darkness? I know that one really well. How many Christians have been slandering and judging each other? Yeah, it’s a heavy one, but it’s a good one because God’s got an answer for this.

Third, we are upset about the collapse of family values and laws made to support items such as same-sex marriage, immorality, and sexual orientations, right? We’ve taken a political stand on these things; we’ve made our voice heard, and I believe that voice needs to be heard.

But how much immorality, ungodly conduct, adultery, pornography, sexual, emotional, spiritual, and domestic abuse, drunkenness, etc., has been going on in the church—things that destroy families? How much of that has been going on in the church while we’re out there platforming for a political stand?

Have we taken care of our own house? How can we have a political voice if we don’t even have kingdom behavior established when we actually have the Lord in our lives to help us be strong in Him and in His ways?

Some are indignant regarding the perceived pride, arrogance, careless speech, abrasiveness, and supposed racial and gender prejudice in the life of a president, but are these same character flaws in believers? Are they in the church?

Is there pride manifesting in believers? Is there careless speech on social media? Is there prejudice within the church—not only racial and gender but denominational and mega-church versus micro-church and prophetic streams?

And do we tell little jokes behind the scenes that are tainted as far as revealing prejudice against others in our own body? And so we want to be a voice out there and judge a president or whatever for his crudeness, but is crudeness in the speech of believers?

Are we upset about the disunity in the nation, but is there disunity in the church? We’re upset about the hatred, anger, slander, and lies we see in the nation—everything going on out there in the media, the government, fringe organizations that are raising ruckuses, things that tear down people.

But is that going on in the church, hatred, and anger in the church, slander in the church? We are irate about the possibility of the constitution being altered, which it might very possibly, and maybe probably that might happen. We’re very irate about that.

But are we equally irate about the church altering the Word to endorse things that the Word forbids and the changes that are being made in many people’s theology to deny the deity of Christ even? Are we equally as concerned? Do we have as loud a voice for these things as we do a political voice? Just asking.

We can’t point our fingers at others until we look at ourselves. We need to take the log out of our own eye before we can take the speck out of another, and judgment begins first with the household of faith.

The Condition for Healing the Land
We have absolutely no power to exercise if we’ve given the devil our power. How do we do that? By submitting to him. Jesus said the prince of this world is coming, but he has nothing in Me. Does the devil have something in the church?

Are we giving over to his kingdom? Are we living in his kingdom by living according to his dictates and according to the temptations that he brings to our heart, or have we truly chosen to live kingdom—the kingdom of God, the eternal kingdom, the righteous kingdom, the just kingdom?

Have we fully committed our lives to that kingdom? In 2 Chronicles 7:14, this was a word that almost every prophetic voice I know carried all last year: „If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and heal their land.“

The four criteria are humility, number one. Have we humbled ourselves? I see so much pride out there. I’ve been looking in my own heart, saying, „God, I want to see it all; I want to see the pride inside of here; I want to see the pride in the body that we can take care of.“

I was watching a broadcast the other day, and a prophet was on there, arrogantly saying that they didn’t believe that prophets ever needed to apologize for a word that didn’t come to pass. But really? Really? We never need to make a wrong right?

We don’t need to help the body heal when a prophetic word is brought forth; the time comes, the time goes, and it’s proven false. You don’t think that needs to be rectified? You don’t think the body needs help to unpack all that? What is that? It’s not humility when we stand up fighting against one another. Isn’t that pride when we put one another down?

Secondly, it says, „If My people humble themselves and pray.“ Have we prayed? Have we prayed, „Your kingdom come, ” or do we just want our political agenda to be answered? I want this! Do this, God! Or have we really sought His will?

And I realize that many in the body have sought His will; I do realize this. And that when God’s will is revealed and spoken, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s going to come to pass just because it’s His will, because there are criteria that have to be met in order for that to be fulfilled.

Third, He says, „Seek My face, not the face of a politician, not the face of your favorite prophet or a political party or religious agenda, but seek His face.“ And we all need to do that for ourselves.

We need to go to the Lord ourselves about these issues and not just look on social media to see what the prophets are saying. What is God speaking to us? And then to turn from our wicked ways.

The Vision of the Scales
I remember last June 27th I had a vision of the two scales; I’ve shared this often, but the Lord was giving us a warning. I knew that there was a purpose; God wanted—He desired—a certain platform to be initiated in the nation. It was a platform that would protect the unborn; it would be protecting religious liberties. And that’s just in a world system; you understand that, right?

But there were criteria that had to be met; it’s not just a blanket thing. There has to be criteria met that we see in this very scripture here. We had to turn from our wicked ways, and on one side were scales that were filling up with sin and rebellion, and on the other side it was prayer and repentance—not just prayer, prayer and repentance—that means turning away from our wicked ways.

I know even in my small circle of people that I know; I know people that were in gross darkness of sin at the same time that they were wanting a certain politician to get into office. They themselves were in immorality and sin; they were lying; they were cheating; they were abusing substances and being drunk, just about killing someone on the road. You know, it’s just like all that was going on.

And again, I’m not condemning the individual, but I’m saying if we don’t wake up, nothing will change in the future. We’ll continue to be brought under a canopy of darkness because we’re yielding to the enemy, and he becomes a ruler over us when we do that.

We are in for challenging times, and we must not give up because greater glory is going to be poured out. In fact, when things get really hard, when we give up our freedom because of sin; when we throw away our freedom and our blessing because of sin—it’s a sad day, and that part of what’s going on right now we should be sad about.

But God is a redeemer, and He has a plan, and it’s a good plan. In the midst of tragedy, it is a good plan.

Lessons from Daniel and Joseph
He told me recently, „Behold Daniel and behold Joseph.“ Now, what happened with God’s people in Daniel’s day is prior to them coming into a judgment and being apprehended and oppressed by Babylon—being captive to Babylon—prior to that, they were warned prophetically.

We’ve had lots of warnings over the years, and the Spirit of God has been calling us into righteousness. I remember as a new believer David Wilkerson’s prophecy, „The Vision, ” blew the trumpet; it was really big back then, it was being shouted from the rooftops.

And when I look at that, I don’t think we’ve made much change. In fact, if anything in the church, there’s been some evil escalated, even though I want to balance this out by saying there are some amazing things that have been happening in the church too by committed believers who really love the Lord, okay? So I want to say that.

But in Daniel’s day, there were many people living uprightly; they were radically sold out to God, obeying Him and blessing Him. But there wasn’t enough for a tipping point, and so the time came when overnight God’s people were taken down and oppressed by a Babylonian system.

Babylon was the most brutal heathen nation of its day; it wasn’t a pleasant time, and they went into captivity for seventy years because the people never repented. But in the midst of that, Daniel flourished, and so did others—like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.

Those are just some that are named in scripture, but there would have been more in that day too that even though they were living in oppression, they were in the king’s court, they were living in freedom and liberty, and Daniel was actually advising the king. In fact, three of them he advised kings; they looked to him.

He had influence in the nation. Why? Because he was a righteous radical; he was part of the righteous remnant of God. That even when you are in captivity, you get favor.

I was receiving from the Lord the other day, and I thought, „I’m not going to let my favor be stolen! No one is going to tell me that I can’t follow You and serve You with all my heart because I’m just going to continue to do it, and as I do it, the government will favor me.“

Now, this is really important—that you position yourself in this way because many Christians are saying, „Oh, this evil government is in right now, now we’re all doomed; we’re going to have everything taken away from us; we’re going to have this; we’re going to have that.“

But not if you’re a righteous remnant! It doesn’t matter what they try to do with laws, changing the laws and all that—if you live under the blessing, glory cloud of God, you will be blessed no matter who is in power! No matter who!

I’ve lived in oppressed nations; I’ve lived in the midst of poverty. We lived in Tijuana, Mexico, in the 1980s when there was dire poverty—over eighty percent of the city was in dire poverty. There was corruption; it was an evil, evil place, and we lived in the midst of it and had nothing but blessing every single day.

Every single day we were blessed beyond measure, and I want you, Shiloh Knights, to have an expectation to live in the blessing of God! This will be your finest hour!

Through Daniel in the lion’s den—what a silly thing for them to do! Daniel was favored of the Lord. They threw him in the lion’s den, and those lions became like pussycats. And to this day, that’s a testimony to the glory of God.

Being thrown in the lion’s den didn’t hurt Daniel; it just made his testimony stronger. He had a greater testimony to share of the glory of God, and that’s what’s going to happen to all of you, Shiloh Knights, because it doesn’t matter what the government in a world system tries to do that is under demonic control!

We are of a kingdom that cannot be shaken! They tried to throw Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the fiery furnace; they turned it up real hot, and they didn’t even have the smell of smoke on them when they came out of that because the fourth man just showed up in the fire!

I mean, those are days of glory! Elijah calls it down fire from heaven! Joseph—Joseph was oppressed by his own brothers; then he goes, and he’s in Potiphar’s household, and he gets favored because Potiphar gives him access to everything.

Joseph wasn’t hurting in Potiphar’s household until Potiphar’s wife wanted to have him, but he was so righteous he said, „No way!“ And his righteousness got him thrown into the prison, but in the prison, he had favor with the jailer, and he pretty much ran the prison.

And then he comes out of there, and he’s like this with Pharaoh, and he brings deliverance to two nations! Joseph lived a good life; he lived in the favor of God, and so will you!

Don’t let any government take away your favor! Who are they? Who’s the government? They’re our mission field! That’s what they are! It just takes one conviction of the Spirit, and look at what’s going to happen!

We need to live the kingdom. We need to live in kingdom blessings and take hold of them and know who you are as kingdom people. We are blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ; we’ve been blessed with everything that pertains to life and to godliness.

God is going to do extraordinary exploits in these days; it is going to be amazing! The righteous remnant will be a part of making it happen. We are going to partner with God in this; it is going to be glorious! This house is going to be filled with glory!

God Is in the Thick Darkness
Okay, so I want you to look at this—Exodus 20:21. This is an amazing scripture. Actually, it was Troy Brewer who put it up on the screen, and it’s in the King James version; it’s just amazing. It says, „And the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where God was.“

Are you concerned about thick darkness out there? Or Isaiah calls it deep darkness. Are you concerned about it? That’s where God is! That’s where God is! We’re going to go right inside of it; we’re going to go right inside of it and bring light!

And what we need right now—the Lord told me—He said, „Patricia, you need more Holy Spirit! You need more Holy Spirit! You need to yield more to Holy Spirit in your life!“ And I was reminded how as a young believer I was filled with the Holy Spirit and just followed Him and wanted to please Him and just ran with Him and how to focus on Him.

And God says, „My body needs a fresh baptism of the Holy Spirit!“ We need to hear from Holy Spirit—not from our own opinions!

The Holy Spirit’s Role in Conviction
In John 16:7-8 and 13-15, you can just write that one down; it talks about Jesus giving the Holy Spirit. When He comes, He will convict the world; He will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment.

Do you know we don’t need political reform? That’s not going to change anything! It might make things a little bit more peaceful, but it’s not going to bring the kingdom! Political reform can’t do that! It might be pleasant for a few people, but it’s not going to change the heart.

Even Constantine in history made a law for everyone to serve Jesus, but their hearts were far from Him. You know, just establishing a religious system—so religious systems, political systems, is not where your peace comes. But there’s peace in the Holy Spirit!

And it says that the Holy Spirit will convict the world. That’s what we need! Do you know that one leader—pick the one you dislike the most—start praying for them because what if God showed up in their lives as a man of fire tonight?

In the middle of the night, He shows up in their room, and He’s the man of fire, and He makes them tremble! Everything in them shakes; everything in them trembles; everything in them cries out and says, „Have mercy on me, O Lord, a sinner!“

And then He begins to give them words on what they need to say to the nation and what they need to turn around. That’s all it takes! That’s all it takes! It’s easy! Push your easy button; it’s easy!

But you see, we don’t have a church house vision for that right now. We’re just working on political reform; we think that’s going to be the answer. But we need Jesus! We need His conviction!

When I got convicted by the Holy Spirit, I never thought of sin; I just thought of Jesus! Everything changed in me! And can you imagine one after another after another after another being convicted by Jesus, by His Holy Spirit to a point where they cry out for the mercy of God?

That will happen when we posture ourselves in that place! It is going to happen; it is going to happen! I am so excited about this; I am so excited about what God is going to do!

He says when the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth. We’re going to have truth disclosed to us in these coming days such as we’ve never even touched on!

Peace from the Holy Spirit
In John 14:26–27, Jesus talks about the Helper whom the Father will send; He’ll teach you all things, and He says, „Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you, not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, and do not let it be fearful.“

Last February, March, when COVID hit, the spirit of fear hit our nation. It hit the church; it hit individuals in the church who still to this day refuse to go out of their houses because they’re afraid of a virus.

Jesus said, „I’m giving you peace! Don’t let your heart be troubled; don’t let it be fearful.“ And Jesus, when He was getting ready to depart, He didn’t give His disciples a church growth plan.

He didn’t give them a blueprint for how to grow the church; He didn’t say, „This is how you set up a 501©(3); this is how you set up deacons and elders and the board of directors. Here’s some outreach plans for you; here’s a manual; go and do it.“

No, He didn’t! What did He give them? He gave them Holy Spirit! The promise of the Holy Spirit! And He said, „Tarry in Jerusalem.“ Jerusalem is a place of double peace: „Tarry in peace!“

They knew what tarrying was all about because they’d been with Jesus; they knew it was to be before the Father. And they tarried there, and they remained in that place of double peace until the promise of the Father came—until they were endued with power from on high—until they had the Holy Spirit.

And He says, „When you have the Holy Spirit in this measure, you will go out and change the world! You will be My witnesses; you will be My representatives in all the world.“

The Early Church and Kingdom Power
And so, He didn’t give them a plan for church plants; He didn’t give them a plan for how to do services; He gave them a posture to be before Him and to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

He didn’t say, „I’m going to show you how to knock out political powers when you’re together; I’m going to show you how to change your nation by having a political election.“ He said, „I’m going to show you how to change the world by bringing the kingdom of heaven into the earthly realm—by setting up My power, My authority, and My dominion.“

And you know what? The political powers and the religious powers that were prevalent in the early church days—they were brutal! They threw the disciples in jail; they beat them and scourged them.

But, I don’t know, there’s special grace on the disciples; it just made them happy! Paul and Silas were in prison at midnight, singing, having a party there! God starts shaking all the doors—all the prison doors; all of them opened up—not just their own, not just their own, but all the prisoners were free, including the keeper of the prison! Whoa!

That’s kingdom! That is something to be happy about! Would you rather have that, or an election? I tell you, we’re in for amazing days, and I am going to be a part of this!

I say yes, Lord! I’m going to line up with You! We need to let everything shake; let it shake! You see, a whole bunch of stuff can—God intervene on any of that election stuff anytime He wanted to; He could do it anytime! We gave Him enough prayer that He could have answered at any time!

But He’s got something much bigger; He’s got something much bigger than an election! He’s got something much bigger than a world system! He’s got something much bigger and much greater, and we are going to see the Lord manifest power and glory! We are going to see it! Do not fear!

Promises of Shaking and Glory
Let’s just look at a couple of scriptures, and then we’ll close. Ezekiel 38:20: „All the men who are on the face of the earth will shake at My presence; the mountains also will be thrown down; the steep pathways will collapse, and every wall will fall to the ground.“ Let it fall!

Haggai 2:6, I want to show you this because I want you to claim this promise, okay? Get ready to claim this one! „For thus says the Lord of Hosts: once more in a little while, I’m going to shake the heavens and the earth, the sea, and the dry land. I will shake all the nations, and they will come with the wealth of all nations, and I will fill this house with glory, ” says the Lord of Hosts.

When the shaking comes, do you see what the promise is? Get ready! Are you the house of God? Are you the house of God? Yes! So when we position ourselves, great glory is going to come into the house.

Now, I know this is a promise for Israel, but we are grafted in, and the promises for the house include you and include me! And you know, you might want to argue with this, but you can’t change my mind! I’m claiming it!

You say, „Well, Patricia, isn’t that name it and claim it?“ Absolutely! The Lord named it, and I’m claiming it! Now then, He says, „The silver is Mine and the gold is Mine.“ So He’s talking about natural riches! Get ready for an increase in the area of provision! Get ready for it!

„The silver is Mine and the gold is Mine, ” declares the Lord of Hosts—that’s the warrior God, the captain of the armies of heaven. „The latter glory of this house will be greater than the former, ” says the Lord of Hosts. „And in this place, I will give peace, ” declares the Lord of Hosts. Hallelujah! Come on! Is anyone happy here?

We have got the most amazing days ahead of us! It is going to be outstanding, outrageous favor that we are going to walk in, and everything in the world system is going to shake, and anything that’s religious in us will shake, and anything political in us will shake! None of that’s going to work!

But guess what’s not gonna shake? Jesus is not going to shake! His Spirit is not going to shake! His promises will not shake because we are of a kingdom that cannot be shaken!

Choose the Kingdom Realm
Choose this day whom you are going to serve! You want to live in a worldly realm or the kingdom realm? It’s up to you! God will love you either way! Oh boy, you really do have to have the spirit of stupid on you if you want to live in the world compared to the kingdom right now!

We’re told to preach the gospel, but in this season you know what, folks? We’re going to be the gospel! We’re actually going to be the gospel! We’re going to walk into places of great darkness, and all of a sudden, the conviction and the love of God is going to come on people!

They’re going to wail in His presence; they’re going to be transformed! We’re just going to go wherever there’s darkness. We’re going to love the darkness and say, „Wow! God’s in the dark thick cloud of darkness!“ We’re going to just jump in there with Him and be a light!

Pastor Desiree had a dream about that very thing! We were talking about it in the green room; it’s just such a confirming word that we are called to be light in the midst of darkness, and that does not include getting into political arguments.

Matthew 24:14 says, „This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world.“ Where are we going to preach this? In the whole world! That doesn’t mean we withdraw from mountains of influence—no!

But we’re just thinking differently! Our influence is going to be different than getting entwined in the system of the world. We will know that we are of the kingdom, and it’s going to be a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come! Wow! I’m so excited!

And I want to encourage you; it is time that we looked beyond ourselves. COVID put everyone inside of houses and got very internalized. We need to look outside; there are people hurting in our community.

We need to reach them; we need to be servants wherever we can be to help people be strong and to help them come to know Jesus. We need to be that gospel! And this is a season when we’re unstoppable.

People have said, „Well, we might get shut down on social media.“ Yeah, we might; that would be so amazing! But that’s not going to shut the gospel! It’ll like excel it! It’ll be accelerated, and it will be with excellence, because we’re going to get passionate!

Anything that tries to stop us is just going to produce more passion! But just underline love—passion! Right? When you’re passionate, it’s good! But remember love! I tell you, we’re in for a big harvest, and we’re unstoppable! This kingdom is unstoppable! It is unshakable! And you and I are part of this kingdom when we are in Jesus!

Prayer
Let’s bow our heads in prayer right now. Father, I thank You so much for Your life-giving Word and for the kingdom that You have invited us to live in, to dwell in, to be alive in, in this hour. And Lord, we want to see the kingdom expand; we want to see the kingdom grow; we want to see others come into this beautiful place of blessing that You’ve called us to be.

And I proclaim a blessing—the blessing of the kingdom of God—over Your people! They’re blessed coming in; they’re blessed going out; they’re blessed in everything they put their hand to do! I break the power of fear in Jesus’ name; I command fear to go in Jesus’ name! And Lord, I pray that You will convict us!

I want to be more! Every day I want to be convicted; I want to be convicted! Show me, Lord, if there’s anything that needs to turn back to You! I want to repent, for the kingdom is at hand! I want to turn toward the kingdom; I want to turn toward You; I want to turn away from the things that ensnare me! I want to be 100% kingdom!

And so, Lord, help us! Help us and help us love well! Help us love each other well! Help us believe well! Help us pray for those that we’re struggling with right now, especially in political office! Lord, help us! Help us really, really, really demonstrate the love and the faith of the kingdom of God! And everyone said, „Amen!“

Invitation to Salvation
Just close your eyes for a minute more; there might be some of you online and even maybe in this house that you’re here right now, and you need to come back to the Lord because you’ve just kind of been on the fringes, doing your own thing. You know, you’ve just kind of been away from Him, and the Lord is knocking on the door of your heart.

Maybe you’re watching this, and you’ve never received Jesus Christ as your Savior. But I also want you to know He is a King; He is the King of His kingdom. But He wants to save you right now, and two thousand years ago, He died on the cross to forgive mankind their sins so that if you believe in Him and receive Him, there’s a clean slate and a brand new life.

And it’s eternal life that is a gift you don’t have to work for; you don’t have to struggle for it; you just receive it by faith.

Prayer
If you would like to come close to God right now, return to Him, or be part of His family, be part of His kingdom, just pray after me: „Lord Jesus, I believe that You are my Savior and my King. I invite You to come into my heart and cleanse me from every sin that would hinder me, Lord, from knowing You and Your ways. I ask that You would cleanse me from all unrighteousness, write my name in Your book of life in heaven, and empower me with Your Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name, Amen.“

And when you pray that prayer, when you invite the Lord, when you come into agreement with that and make that your personal prayer, He does come in! He doesn’t hesitate! It doesn’t matter how you feel; if you felt it or not-that’s not the issue! He sees your heart of belief! And if you believed and you received, a new life has been granted to you! A new beginning has been granted to you today!
