We’re here, day number 40 of our 40 days of power. This is the last day of our 40 days of spiritual emphasis, prayer, and fasting. The Lord has brought us on a journey to this end, and today we just want to celebrate Him and thank Him. We want to put our hands together and give the Lord a clap offering, saying, «To God be the glory; great things He has done.» He has brought us a mighty long way; He has shown us His goodness. He has given us strength, and He has given us His power. So today, we end 40 days of power, but it is also the beginning of the Greater Works Conference from this evening. We have prayed for 40 days, and in the next three days, we are expecting God to do marvelous things in our midst and show Himself strong on behalf of His people. Lamentations chapter 3, verses 22 and 23: «Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.» It’s almost a contradiction; there is such a psalm or a declaration of God’s faithfulness and mercy in the book of Lamentations. Instead of lamentations, we have praise; we have adoration, and there is so much to thank the Lord for.
The Lord is faithful; we serve a faithful God. We know for sure that He is dependable and trustworthy. The Lord is merciful, and He has shown us mercy. His mercies are new every morning. If you have served the Lord faithfully, He is faithful to you, and His goodness towards you will be renewed every morning. Get ready for morning-by-morning supernatural acts of God, morning-by-morning miracles, morning-by-morning signs and wonders, and the manifestation of His goodness.
God turning things around every morning is an ushering into His presence; every morning is an ushering into His victory. Every morning, God is going to order your steps and direct you because we are going to finish the rest of the year in power and strength, doing the works of the Lord. Morning-by-morning new mercies He shows us. My heart is so full of gratitude to the Lord for guiding us from the beginning of our 40 days of power. It started out seeming like a very long distance, but here we are.
If you joined us in prayer for all these 40 days, may the Lord whom you have called answer you. May He do wondrous works in your life, and may His faithfulness be manifested in your life. If you didn’t join, may the Lord still show you mercy, and may His mercies be poured out in your life. We are trusting God to extend His hand of power to you. So today, in the name of Jesus, we release the power of God into your life for healings, for deliverance, for turnaround, for the salvation of your loved ones, for miracles in our nations, for turnaround in our nations, in our families, and in our businesses. We thank God that He has opened mighty doors for us, doors that no one can shut because He is the one who opens and no one can shut. We thank God that He is causing rivers to open in our desert places.
If you’ve dwelled in a dry place, get ready for the outpouring, the gushing out of the waters of the Lord. He is a faithful God; we have called to Him, and He has heard us and shown us mercy. From this day onwards, morning-by-morning new mercies He shows to us. We trust God that from this day His greater works will be done in our lives through our hands. His power will be displayed and manifested to the nations of the world through our voices. His praise will be heard through our testimonies; many will hear and say, «What a God!» because the Lord God Jehovah is a mighty one, and our trust in Him is not in vain. I am so grateful to God that you participated, and you’ve come to the end of this program. It is not the end of your dedication to God. Keep trusting Him, keep praying, keep walking by faith, and keep expecting morning-by-morning new mercies from the Lord.
Let’s pray. Say with me, «Heavenly Father, You are faithful; You have done so much for us. Morning-by-morning, You show us mercy. Thank You for all You have done. In Jesus' name, amen and amen.»
I’m so glad that you joined us. Tomorrow, we start another course altogether, but we will still be thanking God throughout this week and in the days ahead because every morning is a miracle morning. I am Pastor Mensa Otabil. Shalom, peace and life to you.
