Kenneth Copeland - Supercharged by the Resurrection Life of God in You
The healer's in the house and we give you praise. First, open your Bibles to the book of Isaiah, the 53rd chapter. "Who hath believed our report? And to whom the arm of the Lord is revealed? For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of dry ground, he hath no form nor comeliness". I mean, if you were to see Jesus on the street, you know he's going to be a good looking man. But obviously, they weren't following him because of his looks.
Now, some of the Greeks said, we would see this Jesus. Well, they worshiped the human body and he had a perfect one. Perfectly formed. But now, think about this and stay with me. Surely, say surely. This is guaranteed. "He hath borne our griefs, carried our sorrows, yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray. We have turned everyone in his own way, and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all".
Now, come down here to this ninth verse. "And he made his grave with the wicked, in which the rich, in his death," there is a cross reference, in his deaths. In his deaths. So, what does that mean? Well, he didn't just die physically. Spiritual death. Proverbs chapter four. Look at the 17th verse. "For they eat the bread of wickedness and drink the wine of violence. But the path of the just is as a shining light that shines more and more unto a perfect day. The way of the wicked is as darkness. They know not of what they stumble. My son, attend to my words. Incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from your eyes. Keep them in the midst of your heart. For they are life to those that find them, and health to all their flesh". And the cross reference says, medicine.
So, 1st Peter 2. "Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth. Who when he was revived, revived not again. When he suffered, he threatened not, but committed himself to him that judges righteously. Who his own self, bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we being dead to sins should live unto righteousness, by whose stripes you were healed, for you were as sheep going astray, but are now returned to the shepherd and bishop of your souls". It's been fulfilled. Well, he's the same yesterday, today, and forever. This is very important. Not bad for 87. I'm not bragging on me, I'm bragging on Jesus.
Now, I want to close this with this, before we go into our confession. Galatians 3:13, "Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law being made a curse for us. For it is written, cursed is everyone that hangs on a tree that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Brother, I speak not in the manner of men, but though it be but a man's covenant, yet, if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth or addeth thereto. Now to Abraham and his seed where the promise is made, he saith then the seeds as of many, but as of one and to thy seed, which is Christ. And this, I say that the covenant that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was 430 years after cannot disannul, that it could not make the promise of no effect for the inheritance of the law is more of promise, but God gave it to Abraham by promise. Wherefore then serves the law that was added because of transgression until the seed should come to whom the promise was made".
The seed was Jesus. The seed, not seeds. Now then, "Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one. Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid. For if there had been a law given, which would have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law. But the scripture hath concluded all under sin that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might have given to them that believe. But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up under faith, which afterwards would be revealed. The law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ that we might be justified by faith. But after faith came, we are no longer schoolmaster for you are the children of God in Christ Jesus. As many of you have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, nor neither bond nor free, nor neither male nor female. For if you are in Christ Jesus, then are you Christ. Then are ye Abraham's seed and heirs according to the promise".
Signed, thank you much in the blood of Jesus. Now the last chapter of the book of Mark, the 14th verse, "Afterward he appeared unto the 11, and as they said at meat, and upbraided them for their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen them after he was risen. And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believes and is baptized shall be saved. He that believeth not shall be condemned. And these signs," I wish I'd have thought of this, but Rick Renner, signs, road signs, sign here. This is his signature. Somebody has been diagnosed with tonsillitis, and they're talking about removing your tonsils and tonsillectomy.
No, you're not going to have to do that, because that's under the curse of the law, and you just received your healing. And part of it was because of the sinus situation. Somebody has torn up the meniscus in one of your knees. Well, it's healed right now, glory to God. The sciatic nerve on fire, and someone is being healed of that right now. Thank You, Lord Jesus. Scoliosis of the back. Cracked ribs are being healed right now. All kinds of eye problems are being healed right now. Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord God. Hallelujah. Lung problems. Lung problems. Oh, glory to God. Hallelujah.
Someone has had... an injured elbow, and it never did come back right, and it's very painful. Well, lay your hand on it. In the name of Jesus, elbow, you're a name, and you bow your knee to the name of Jesus. Hallelujah. Thank You, Lord Jesus. Stomach ulcers are being healed. Praise God forevermore. Thank You, Lord Jesus. A broken tooth that has been terribly painful.
In the name of Jesus, I lay my hand on that tooth right now. Tooth, God loves you. In Jesus' name, pain, I rebuke you, and I cast you out. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, pain be thou removed and cast into the sea. Thank You, Lord Jesus. I do not doubt in my heart, but I believe that those things which I say come to pass, and I have whatsoever I say. Glory to God. Glory to God. Let's go over there and look at that. Oh, oh, Lord God. Thank You, Jesus. Mark. Thank You, Jesus. Well, we're there. Just back up. There's some things I want to show you here anyway. Let's go to the fifth chapter, and then we'll make our confession.
"They came over to the other side of the sea, the country of the Gadarenes. And when he came out of the ship, immediately he met him out of the tombs of men of an unclean spirit, who had his dwelling among the tombs, and no man could bind him, no, not with chains, because he had been often bound with fetters, or shackles, and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the shackles broken in pieces. Neither could any man tame him. Always, night and day, he was in the mountains and in the tombs, crying, cutting himself with stones. When he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshiped him, and cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with you, Jesus, thou Son of the Most High God? I adjure thee by God, you torment me not. For he had said, Come out of the man, you unclean spirit. And he asked him, What is your name? And that devil said, My name is Legion, for we are many. And he besought him much that he would not send him out of that country".
The devils have assignments. "Now, there was there nigh unto the mountain, a great herd of swine feeding. And all the devils besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them. And forthwith, Jesus gave them leave, and the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine. And they ran violently down a steep place into the sea, or into the lake. And they were about 2,000, and were choked in the sea. And they that fed the swine fled, and told it in the city, and in the country. And they went out to see what was done. And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil, and had the Legion was clothed, and in his right mind".
Now, where'd they get the clothes? Faith prepares before it goes. Now, Jesus had some very, very expensive clothes. He had a garment that had no seams, which meant someone had to make that with no seams. Which meant they had to fit him perfectly. So, what are you saying? Well, he just most likely called Judas, and said, "The person, you know, the one that I provided you clothes when I told you not to take any of your... And go over there, and buy some really nice suits, just buy some nice looking stuff, good looking stuff". "But how..." "Your business is just to obey".
Come on. We got a job to do. And he dressed this man to go preach. He'll clothe you. He clothed me, when we didn't have any clothes. He clothed us. And Gloria said, "Where are we ever going to get $10 a month"? He clothed us. He took care of us. We are debt free. And you need to be shouting about it. Well, you've been sitting down. Get up. Just stand up.
"Jesus suffered him not, but said, Go home to your friends", one translation says your family, "And tell them great things the Lord has done. For he's had compassion on you. And he departed and began to publish in Decapolis, or the 10 city area, how great things Jesus had done for him. And all men did marvel. And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. Peter, calling remembrance, saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree that you cursed is withered away. And Jesus answering, said unto them, Have faith in God, or have the faith of God. For verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he says shall come to pass, he shall have whatever he says. Therefore, I say unto you, What things soever you desire, when you pray, believe you receive them, and you will have them. And when you stand praying, forgive, if you have ought against any, that your Father in heaven may forgive you your trespassing".
Glory to God. Hallelujah. Now, if you're of mind to hold your hands high and make this confession:
I've been made alive in Christ. He was raised from the dead. I was raised up with him. I'm seated with him in heavenly places. I have received his resurrection life. Resurrection life is energizing my spirit, my soul, and my body. Resurrection life is working. It's working in my body right now. I'm getting stronger every day. My eyes are seeing clear. My ears are hearing better. My mind is functioning stronger. My bones, my organs, my nerves, my ligaments, my joints, my heart, my lungs, my brain, my blood is being supercharged with the resurrection life of God. No disease can touch me. No sickness can enter my body. I'm crucified with Christ. Nevertheless, I live. Not I, but Christ lives in me. The life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God who loved me and gave Himself for me.
The same Spirit that defeated death, defeated hell, and defeated the grave is in me now. The same Spirit that raised up Jesus from the dead is in me. Resurrection life is making alive my mortal flesh. The resurrection life of Jesus is made manifest in my body. Jesus is alive and so am I. Resurrection life is working in me right now. Glory to God in the highest. Glory to God. I said glory to God. Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world. I'm born again. I'm baptized in the Holy Ghost. I speak with other tongues. Speaking in other tongues is the gateway to the supernatural. I live by faith. I walk by faith. I walk in him and he walks in me. I'm filled with the Spirit of God. When I walk, he walks. When I sense, he senses. When I hurt, he heals me. In Jesus' name. I give him praise. I honor him. The King of kings, the Lord of lords.
