John Bradshaw - Flights to Nowhere
They called them "flights to nowhere," because of severe weather, incoming passenger aircraft weren't able to land. One had flown four hours when it turned around and flew four hours back, another made it to the destination and flew in a holding pattern for some time, before returning to the city it came from; five and a half hours of futility.
Imagine getting to the end of your life and realizing you hadn't gone anywhere, that is you started on earth and ended on earth, without accepting salvation. We are here to receive eternal life, to not do that renders your life futility.
Proverbs 28:26 says, "He who trusts in his own heart is a fool, but whoever walks wisely will be delivered".
Everyone alive has been given life so that they can come to faith in Christ and secure an eternal future. Don't let your life be a flight to nowhere. I'm John Bradshaw for It Is Written.
