John Bradshaw - The Unabomber
The man who became known as "The Unabomber" wrought havoc in the United States for 17 years, during which time he killed three people and injured 20 or so more. He was identified after a manifesto he wrote was published in the Washington Post and his brother suggested him as a possible suspect. In 1998 he was sentenced to life in prison.
Evil drives people to do inexplicable things. In Heaven, long ago, Satan rebelled against God for reasons we can state but can't fully understand. Judas denied Jesus. Absalom rebelled, David took Bathsheba, idolatry swallowed up more people than we can count. Surely the best thing is to simply shun evil.
Proverbs 14:16 says, "A wise man fears and departs from evil". With Jesus in your heart, and only with Jesus in your heart, you can choose Heaven's will and turn from sin. I'm John Bradshaw for It Is Written.
