John Bradshaw - Why Some People Have a Good Memory
Researchers are saying there's a reason some people have a good memory while others do not. Author Dr Mark Milstein says that "super agers" as they're called, keep learning new things throughout their lives and rather than just playing word games, for example, which rely on what you already, know the key he says is to continually learn new skills and information and that's one of the strengths of the Bible.
In the Bible you can keep on learning new things about God and salvation and people in history and on and on. Proverbs 3:7 and 8 says "Fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, and strength your bones". A relationship with God based on the Bible is good for you.
