John Bradshaw - Anyone at All
You need a license to drive a car or to own a firearm, but anyone at all can raise a child. It's a colossal responsibility, yet many people enter into that without any preparation whatsoever. Many children enter the world without much of a chance.
Parenting is tough for even the best prepared parents, so in Godless families, where children aren't taught basic values, there's going to be a lot of misery.
In Genesis 18:19 God said of Abraham, "I know him, that he will command his children at his household after him". Children deserve to be raised with love, and the best start children can have is to know the love of God, and to learn of Jesus.
It's never too late. Doing all you can to lead your children or grandchildren to Jesus will give them the best chance to thrive in this world, and to thrive in the world to come. I'm John Bradshaw, for It Is Written.
