John Bradshaw - The Sahara Desert
Take a look at the planet, and you'll see that vast areas of the globe are essentially uninhabitable. The Sahara desert in Africa covers an area of three and a half million square miles, that's an area almost as large as the entire United States. The Gobi desert in China and Mongolia is about twice the size of Texas, and as you can imagine few people live there.
So, imagine the transformation this earth will experience one day soon. Isaiah 45:18 says, "God, who formed the earth and made it, who has established it, who did not create it in vain, who formed it to be inhabited".
Throughout eternity that's exactly how this planet will be: restored to its original form. Despite its flaws, this planet is home to a massive amount of beauty. One day soon it's going to be more magnificent than you could imagine. I'm John Bradshaw, for It Is Written.
