John Bradshaw - What in the World?
Reasonable people are wondering what is going on in the world? Respect for traditional values is rapidly eroding, and respectful authority, for law and a whole lot more are obviously not what they were a relatively short time ago. Some despair wondering what they can do. Instead, God's people should imagine what they can be.
Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 4:7, "But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us". He was saying God wants to demonstrate his power in the lives of earthen vessels, regular folks, real people who live real lives and have opened their hearts to the presence of God; that's how faith works.
A mighty God permitted to work powerfully in the lives of human beings. Yield your life to God and he'll do his work in you, and through you. I'm John Bradshaw for It Is Written.
