John Bradshaw - The Unexpected Happened
The unexpected happened when Paul and Silas were in prison. Acts 16:26, "And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and everyone's bands were loosed".
You might be tempted to say we don't see miracles today, but that wouldn't be right. God is still in the miracle-working business, and the greatest miracle of all is that God sets people free from the prison of sin. There isn't a sin powerful enough to keep you bound to the old life, there isn't a habit so strong that it can't be broken by the grace of God, there isn't a life so desperate that God isn't able to make it new.
