I'm telling you, every one of you has a gift, and what God wants you to do is multiply that gift. The way you multiply it is by using it, not being afraid, not thinking God is holding back on you, and not thinking you didn't get a fair share when you only got one and somebody else got five. You can multiply that one to eleven really quickly if you are just diligent. Just keep multiplying it: 1 to 2, 2 to 4, 4 to 8, 8 to 16. That's the way the kingdom works: to him who has, more will be given, and he will have an abundance. But to him who doesn't have, even what he maintains will be taken away. What do you want to do? Do you want to be a multiplier or do you want to be a maintainer? God has placed His gift on your life and His grace upon your life to multiply.
