Dutch Sheets - The Lord Will Prevail in This Ongoing Battle (01/18/2026)
In this message, Tim Sheets encourages believers that despite delays and the fierce intensity of the current spiritual and political battle over America, God is not worried and will ultimately prevail, leading to the salvation of the nation and the greatest days in church history. The Ongoing Battle
The title of this post is «The Lord Will Prevail in This Ongoing Battle.» My brother Tim Sheets says the battle we are in may be much harder than we thought or hoped. It may also be different in some ways than we expected. We know in part and prophesy in part. However, heaven is not engaged to lose. The Godhead has engaged in many battles throughout history. Even in the face of overwhelming odds, God has anointed His people with supernatural power to overcome. Delays and God’s Confidence
He continues, «Yes, delays happen. We don’t like delays. It’s not always easy. But since when has war ever been easy? Battles can be fierce. Major battles occur in both the natural realm and the spiritual realms, and they must be won by committed warriors.» It appears to me, he says, that God is not worried. Does that amaze you? Why then should we be worried? I am not sure how He’s going to do this or when He is going to give us complete victory, but He «is» going to do so. Tim continues, «I am convinced we will win. America will be saved. I am convinced that the greatest days in church history are in our future. I am convinced that awakening, reformation, and revival are going to come. I am thankful for the company of people God has brought together who will not give up.»
Standing Firm
He says, «We just won’t give up. We will stand and keep on standing until we experience what God has promised. I am convinced that the word of the Lord will triumph over hell.» He continues, «We have just finished traveling to all of the contested states in this election. We prayed for the revealing of the true vote to determine a true outcome. We believe President Trump won this election by a landslide. We prayed against corruption and the media lies spinning out of control. It is beginning to come to light just how deep the deep state is, and that both Republicans and Democrats are involved in it. We see deep-state pollution even in our intelligence agencies, and most of us never thought this level of infiltration was possible.»
Prayer Journeys and Miracles
Continuing, as we traveled from state to state, he tells us, «We have been praying for the will of the Lord in this nation. We have had hundreds of thousands viewing by livestream and praying with us. We have never seen anything like this before. We witnessed absolute miracles and angelic assistance helping us fulfill the assignment. The same was true with Operation Valkyrie, and you can view the plan and recap in the written version. This was one of the first times we have seen a truly functioning Ekklesia. We forbade and permitted, locked and unlocked things. We saw agreement from believers across America and even in other nations. This level of a praying army has possibly never been assembled before.»
The Role of the Holy Spirit
God’s people rose up wherever they were to add their part. This was a work of the Holy Spirit. He says this is one of the main reasons he is so confident that something is about to turn. All of those Holy Spirit–orchestrated prayers are not going to be wasted, and we agree with him. Isaiah 42:13 tells us, «The Lord will go forth like a warrior; He will arouse His zeal like a man of war. He will utter a shout, yes, He will raise a war cry; He will prevail against His enemies.»
Prayer Focus
As you think about your prayer time today, here are some things to consider: Call for the angel armies to be released in greater measure to help in this battle. Prophetically decree that every wicked conspiracy and diabolical plan against our president and our nation will be exposed and brought to justice. Call for an unveiling of coups and conspiracies.
Declare that wicked and evil power structures—even family dynasties—will be brought down by the Lord. Decree that the Lord and His Church will prevail in this battle for America.
Tim’s Prayer
And here is a prayer Tim wrote for us to use today as we agree in prayer: «Father, release angels from Your heavenly armies to assist Your Ekklesia and unlock America. Let them swing the battering rams of heaven, energized by Your word and decrees released from the mouths of Your Ekklesia. Let the fortifications of hell be battered and broken now. Release Your explosive power against entrenched evil. We declare that no longer will wicked conspiracies be swept under the rug. The Lord is pulling that corrupt rug out from under them.»
«He will expose their diabolical plans to depose President Trump. The rug they tried to use to hide their activities will now become a burial shroud for those plans. God will write on the tombstone of their plots with His own finger: ‘Vanished. Vanquished.’ Lord, bury their plans. Lord, let the Ekklesia and Your angel armies explode on the strongholds of the enemy, uncovering and destroying them. Send shockwaves around the earth. Release Your sweeping change across the nation. Accelerate it. Release the call. Let the thrones of iniquity fall. Unravel every plan, Lord. Unravel the coup. Unravel every conspiracy. Unravel the diabolical dynasties—even generations of mammon structures that have been hidden.»
«Unravel it all. Let the Ekklesia arise and shout. Show us that this is the day of uncovering and unraveling. It is the day of opening what no man can shut and shutting what no man can open. The glory portals are opening—we believe that. We are experiencing Your glory and Your might. Satanic plans are being overwhelmed. Your mighty rushing wind is blowing through the land, propelled by Your Holy Spirit and His angel armies. All of the enemy’s plans are being blown away, and we will see Your goodness in the land. Amen.»
