Hello and welcome to Give Him 15 for Saturday, December the 12th. The title of our post today is «Keep Contending — the Unraveling Is Continuing.»
Ongoing Paths to Victory
Constitutional attorney Ivan Raiklin stated that the Texas SCOTUS ruling is only one path to victory. There are other SCOTUS cases in the works, or at the Court, that still have yet to be decided. Also, in his recent Twitter post, he lists several of the other paths to victory, and we have a link in our written version of Give Him 15, which you can get from the app or the GiveHim15.com website. Much is currently taking place in both the natural and spiritual realms.
Tim Sheets' Encouragement
My brother Tim Sheets states this well. He says, «We are living in a very historic, world-shaping time. Indeed, we are at a hinge in history. Hell is fighting as hard as I have ever seen it fight, but Heaven is also fighting. Rebellious people are warring, and thankfully God’s remnant people are also engaged in the battle. The strongest government on earth is the Ekklesia of King Jesus. We are His reigning church. We are fighting, and we cannot afford to become weary in that warfare.» Galatians 6:9 in the King James Version says, «For in due season we will reap, if we do not faint.» Other versions say, «If we don’t give up, » or, «Do not lose heart.»
He continues, «Many want to give up and quit. We have politicians who want to quit fighting. Some in the church, including church leaders, are quitting. Some have asked us what will happen if we don’t win, implying that we are fighting a losing battle. Our reply to them is: losing is not an option. We will fight until we win. We are not giving this country up. We cannot win if we faint or disengage. Though we are finding the battle to be fierce, we will not flinch.»
Credible Accusations and Heaven’s Engagement
Still quoting Tim: «We have seen many credible accusations of inappropriate activity in this election. People have put their lives on the line signing legal affidavits regarding what they have personally witnessed. Legal affidavits, if untrue, have serious consequences. We can’t let these brave individuals down.»
«Why should we ignore what is right in front of our eyes? God has also engaged Himself in very unique ways in this battle. I can’t remember a time when I felt more intensity from the Godhead than I do right now. King Jesus is rising to lead His people through new doors. The Holy Spirit is moving and resourcing for this moment. He is leading us on the earth with Heaven’s strategies. He is energizing the people of God with tenacious faith. He is activating the angel armies of Heaven to assist His people on the earth. There are ramifications that are worldwide and eternal, involved in our nation’s election results.»
«Our confidence should rise as we see the level of engagement Heaven has with us. It is unmistakable and undeniable. Why is Heaven so focused?» he asks. «One of the key reasons is the millions of souls God is about to bring into the Kingdom. There are also aspects of our nation’s destiny that will either be energized or suffocated by what happens at this moment in history. God has destiny and purpose for every living being. He purposefully planned those purposes and destinies. Some of those will be hindered if hell’s agenda is permitted in our government, in our laws, or in our culture.»
The Role of the Ekklesia
«Therefore, ” he says, „we must be involved in influencing natural government. God’s will is not automatic. For His will to be accomplished, the Ekklesia must do as King Jesus said in Matthew 16:18–19: ‘I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades will not overpower it. I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven; whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in Heaven.’ Remember that mandates from the Lord are conditional, depending on our response. If we don’t engage, there are negative consequences. If we do engage, we can and will influence earthly government.“
„It is critical that we do so now. We must not disengage. Yes, we must take moments here and there to rest and refocus, but then find the strength to keep going. We must keep our focus on God’s heart and work with Him to see that become our reality.“
God’s Promises Remain Unchanged
I will add here, before I continue with this Supreme Court case, that nothing God has promised or spoken to us has changed. The only thing that has changed is the way many thought He was perhaps going to do it.
Scripture: Mark 11:22–24
A verse from Mark 11:22–24 says, „And Jesus answered them, ‘Have faith in God. Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, „Be taken up and thrown into the sea, ” and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.’“
Things to Pray About Today
As you consider your prayer time today, here are some things to think about and do: talk to the Lord about this season of war, acknowledging that He will bring us through victorious. Determine that you will not stop, even as He will not stop. Make decrees that uncover every evil plan.
Declare boldly that the cover-up will unravel. Thank the Lord for His refreshing and renewal. Call for renewed faith and hope to arise among the Ekklesia. Proclaim that nothing and no one will stop God’s covenant purposes from coming to pass in America.
A Prayer to Agree With
And here is our prayer for today: „Lord, You have led us to this place in time, this hinge of history. You knew how intense this war would be, that the enemy would fight hard to move this nation away from covenant with You. You know how high the stakes are. Therefore You have raised up a mighty praying army for such a time as this.“
„Your Holy Spirit is leading us and helping us pray strong and accurate prayers. We are using the keys of the Kingdom as You have been training us to do for the past few years. An evil plan has been woven in our nation. It has been worked on for decades, and those weaving it believe they will prevail. But we hear You say, ‘Watch as the unraveling begins.’ We thank You, Lord, the tide is turning. We believe Your word and what You say. You are encouraging us. You are refreshing us, even as we continue together with You. We will overcome overwhelming odds and the agendas of demons. We will see victory.“
„We proclaim liberty and freedom over America in our generation. Let hope and confident faith arise, Lord, and as we activate and intercede in that faith, we will remain refreshed and renewed. Help us keep our eyes on the prize of the multitudes of souls waiting to be introduced to You. Help us maintain the freedom to spread the Gospel to the ends of the earth. Enable us to once again be that light You created us to be — a light in the darkness, a city on a hill, lighting the way to Jesus. We declare, Lord, that everything standing in the way of our nation’s destiny and the advancement of Christ’s Kingdom in America dissipate and get out of the way, in Jesus’ name. Amen.“
