Creflo Dollar — The Consequence of Falling from Grace
It is no longer what you do first that enables what God'll do, but now--after the cross, it is now what Jesus has done first to enable us to do second. You see, God's not good to you because you're good. God's good to you because He's good. And so when we depend on Jesus and depend on grace.
And under grace, sin can't dominate you like it did when you were under the law. Under the law, it was work-based. Under the law, do good, get good, do bad, get bad. Under the law, you kept trying to be holy. You kept trying to be righteous. You kept trying to do it, and you would eventually fall. Why? Because your performance wasn't enough. You can't be the source of your success.
