Creflo Dollar - The Debt That Delivers From All Debt - Part 3
Alright, come on. 2 Kings 4, 2 Kings 4. Alright. So here's another situation. Verse 1, "One day the widow of a member of the group of the prophets came to Elisha and cried out, 'My husband who served you is dead,'" and he died and he left his family in debt. "'And you know how he feared the Lord. But the creditor has come threatening to take my two sons as slave,'" cause the debt he left got to be paid. So, if you ain't got no money, you got to agree to enter into indentured servanthood until these debts get taken care of. Next verse. "'What can I do to help you?'" Here's love getting ready to be released. "'What can I do to help you?' Elisha asked," tell me what to do. Tell me what to do here. And here he says, "'Tell me, what do you have in the house?'"
That's what love does. I wanna help, what you got in your house? Watch this. She said, "'Nothing at all, except a flask of olive oil.'" That was a flask of oil. Seems like that would be limited. "Elisha said, 'Alright, here what I want you to do. Borrow as many empty jars as you can from your friends and neighbors.'" Said, "Wait a minute, I'm already in debt. Now you send me out to", yeh-heh-heh, "'Then go into your house with your sons, shut the door behind you. Take that flask, pour olive oil from your flask into the jars, setting each one aside when it is filled.' So she did as she was told," thank God. "Her sons kept bringing jars to her, and she filled one after another. Soon every container was full to the brim"! She said, "'Bring me another jar,' she said that to one of her sons". He said, "'There aren't any more!'" And they borrowed every jar in the village and we wasn't told how big the jars were. He told her, "'There ain't no more.' And then the olive oil stopped flowing".
See, y'all need to get what happened here. There was just a flask of oil. She got to pour in that oil and that oil just kept flowing and it kept flowing and it kept flowing until every jar that had borrowed was filled, not halfway. She didn't have to squeeze it out to see if it was coming. When every jar was filled, then the oil stopped flowing. Somebody say, "Supernatural". And some of y'all need some supernatural. Some of y'all debt is so big, you need some supernatural. You listen to all the financial expert. That ain't working for you, you need some supernatural. I mean, when you messed up, you really messed up. But I'm telling you, God is getting ready to do something in these last days. He's getting ready to tell, he gonna show your neighbors how good he is to you, hallelujah. God's getting ready to show out. Turn to your neighbor and say, "Get ready, get ready, get ready, get ready, get ready, get ready".
Alright, now watch this. That's not the end of the story because now she in debt double and we don't know how much debt her husband left. But now, watch this. "When she told the man of God what had happened," see, the man of God wasn't out there bloating talking about, "See, now you need to do something for me because if it wasn't for me", the man of God, he wasn't doing that. Love moved him, not Mammon. Love move him. Not bragging about how anointed you are, love move him because no man can do this. "When she told the man of God what had happened, he said to her, 'Now sell the olive oil and pay your debts.'" That woman didn't sit there and say, "Well who am I gonna sell it to? How do I know they gonna buy it"? You know how we do. "What to sell it for"? "Well, the market said that that won't work". "Dow Jones said, you know, ain't nobody buying no oil these days".
Honey, when God tell you to sell something, he know how to put it in the hearts of everybody that wanna buy it. You don't need to worry about the market, glory's to God. God knows about the market. God can change the market around in one day. Hey, glory to God. Hey! And all of a sudden everybody gonna want some oil. He said, "'Now sell the olive oil, pay your debts,'" now watch this, "'and you and your sons can live on what is left over.'" I don't think y'all understand. I don't think you understand. She made enough money, not only to pay her debts off, but for her and her son to live the rest of their lives. And you better know she had faith because if she saw the oil flowing, I guarantee you provisions were gonna be flowing just like that oil was flowing.
This was not a natural fix. It is a supernatural fix, as long as you can discover a place where the debt of love is being paid. And it's not enough for you to get out of financial debt and then go brag to everybody you out of financial debt. For what? Are you paying the debt of love? What that mean? You don't owe MasterCard and Visa, but you still don't know how to pay the debt of love of the person you still mad at. Why? Why it ain't worth it, praise God. You messing with my bag when you're walking around in that kind of oil and unforgiveness. I got to love you. I ain't got time to go back in that kind of bondage. I gotta forgive you. I ain't got time to go back in that kind of bondage. I gotta let that thing go. I ain't got time to go back in that kind of bondage. I'm gonna love you even if you don't want me to love you. I'm gonna love you if you don't like me. I'm gonna love you if you're talking about me. Hallelujah.
I don't care if you think something's wrong with me. I don't care if you think something's weird about me. "How can you love me after I did that"? Honey, it's not me. It's the love of God that's on the inside of me. It's that supernatural love that the Holy Ghost put on the inside of me. If it weren't for that love, I wouldn't be able to love you and I'd have to serve that debt all my life. Now, how many you know what I'm preaching is for the believer? I ain't got time to convince you of this. If you want to stay broke, bust, disgusted. If you want to serve MasterCard all your life, serve the bank all your life, serve the car note all your life, hey, I can't do nothing for you. But I'm telling you, if you'll walk in this love, if you'll pay this debt of love, if you will owe every man love.
Now watch this. Matthew chapter 7. Let's look at love itself when he showed up. Jesus. Matthew chapter 7, verse 24 and 27. Matthew 7 in the NLT. Excuse me, I'm sorry. Matthew 17. Matthew 17, verse 24 through 27 in the NLT. Glory to God. Hallelujah. I don't mean to holler, scream so much. But I'm excited. I have willingly entered into a contractual agreement with Jesus to preach this gospel of grace and to pay this debt of love. Verse 24, "On their arrival," referring to Jesus and Peter, "in Capernaum, the collectors of the Temple tax came to Peter and asked him, 'Doesn't your teacher pay the Temple tax?' Peter said, 'Yes, he does.' Then he went into the house. But before he had a chance to speak," before he could even say something. See that, how Jesus is? See, he already know.
"Jesus asked him, 'What do you think, Peter? Do kings tax their own people or the conquered ones, or people they've conquered?' Peter answered, 'They tax the people they've conquered.'" Now watch Jesus paying the debt to even these folks. "Peter replied. He said... Jesus said, 'Well, then the citizens are free!'" Which they are. "'However, we don't want to offend them.'" See, that's what love do. "'We don't wanna offend them, so,'" see, love does that, man. That's what it means to pay that debt of love. What is it that you're willing to do to care with, and to show patience with, and to be long suffering with? You understand what I'm saying? I'm not talking about that goo goo ga ga emotional love. It's something you're doing. Where did the ax head fall? You're getting ready to show that love. How can I help you? You're getting ready to show that love.
He said, "'We don't wanna offend them, so go down to the lake, throw a line in. Open the mouth of the first fish you catch, and you will find a large silver coin. Take it and pay the tax for both of us.'" Why that happened? Why you think that got in, why is that in the Bible? You know. Money in the mouth of a fish. Where did that anointing come from? The same place the other two came from: owing a debt of love to mankind. Even to the ones you don't agree with. Even the ones who slander you. Owing a debt of love to mankind. Even Jesus operated that way. And when it happened, an anointing was released, something supernatural was released.
See, we've been playing all these little silly games trying to get some anointing. We've been all around the world, you know. "Oh, well, I got to do this with the Man of God". "Oh, I got to do that". "Oh, if I do five yabba dabba doos, then I'll be anointed," or, "Oh, if I fast for 30 days and then almost die, then maybe he'll anoint me," all this stuff. And you done forgot the first act of the Holy Spirit, Romans 5:5. When the Holy Spirit came in, he poured the essence of the very nature of the love of God on the inside of you so you would have it to pay the debt.
What is the common denominator in all three of these supernatural debt cancellations? It was paying the debt of love. What you may be negotiating with in your head. And we gonna miss the whole thing. We're Christians. What we're asked to do is simple. He says, "You don't need to fulfill all 613 of the laws. I gave you one law in the New Testament and if you'll do that, everything comes together, everything flows together. People get healed, families get together, all kinds of stuff happen if you can just do this one thing". No, you gotta make it complicated. You got to make it complicated and it's not complicated. He is saying, "Every man's your creditor. Pay him what you owe him". "Yeah, but he cussed me out". You still owe him. "Yeah, but they talked about me". You still owe them. "Yeah, they don't like me". You still owe them. "Yeah, they did my sister wrong". You still owe them.
What is he trying to do? Pay this debt and you have access to the coin in the mouth, oil in the vessel, iron swimming out of the water anointing. "But we can't figure out how to do that. We think..." "Well, it's got to be more to it than that". And it's not. And so, next week I'm gonna pick up with this and we're gonna talk about doing exploits. Love is the anointing. I ain't trying to get a anointing when I got the anointing. The word anoint means to rub on or to paint on. And that's what happens when you pay the debt of love, you get painted on and rubbed on. Actually, that anointing is in you and it comes on you and you start walking and experiencing things you never do.
Now, we're living in a society today where people don't believe nothing. "Well, I don't believe that". You will when you need to. That butt gets so much debt and then the popo come and put you in jail and say you gonna stay there for ten years. You gonna say, "Let me see, what's Rev say about that anointing? What he say"? You gonna start walking around paying the debt of love to the guard, to the prisoners. You're gonna be with everybody. You gonna be paying debt of love to everybody. I believe that the infinite debt of love will release an anointing to cancel the debts of life. And that's all I got to say, amen. You get anything out of that this morning?
Father, I ask you right now that you by your Spirit will release a supernatural on those who have heard this message both here live or on the internet that you will release an anointing. Thank you for an anointing. Thank you for the supernatural to let them even receive this. Let them get it, Lord. And I declare debt cancellation to everyone that hears this Word and is willing to pay the debt of love. That supernatural happenings will begin to be initiated in our lives and that many will begin to testify. It wasn't what I did. I just simply receive every man as a creditor. And I need grace to help me to love what's unlovely. I need grace to help me to love what's unlikable. I need the grace to help me to love when somebody's done me wrong. I need your grace to help me to love in every situation. Change us today, Lord. That every man come to see and know what they have heard this day. Help, Holy Spirit. Bring evidence of what was taught in this place and let this dawn be the Jehovah-Jireh for many that this was the place where my breakthrough started. I praise you for it now. In Jesus's name, amen.
Now, you might need to listen to that over and over and over again, but you get it. And I'm gonna just flow with this thing and see where it's gonna lead us. There's something about this love that's so powerful. It is the anointing, it is the supernatural. Things happen, things that you are not gonna be able to explain. That woman said, "Let me tell the prophet this oil wouldn't stop until we ran out of vessels".
I pray, just because you make up in your mind that God Almighty is gonna do a mighty, mighty thing in your life, a mighty mighty thing in your life. So, I will once again declare debt canceling anointing over your life right now, in Jesus's name. And when it happens, no man will be able to get the glory for it, only God. Only God gets the glory for the things he has done in Jesus's name.
