Bill Winston - Demand on GOD's System
Drawing from Proverbs 10:22, the preacher declares that the blessing of the Lord brings wealth without painful toil or sorrow, as God has already provided everything needed before the foundation of the world. Believers enter a «new economy» by seeking God’s kingdom first, trusting Him as sole source, and using faith to draw on His abundant, pre-paid supply without toiling like the world.
The Blessing Brings Wealth Without Sorrow
Come on. Give the Lord another shout, somebody! Take a seat, please. I am going to speak today on what is called «The New Economy.» The new economy. Now let us read the Scriptures, the foundational Scripture that I am going to use today.
He said in Proverbs chapter 10, verse 22, «The blessing of the Lord it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.» The blessing of the Lord, folks, this is pure dynamite. The blessing of the Lord it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.
One more time, the blessing of the Lord it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. You go to this Bible and you go through from the beginning to the end. It is talking about the blessing.
Revelation from Brother Copeland’s Book
And Brother Copeland came out with a book on it. If you have not gotten that book, I really strongly advise you to get it. It has got revelation all the way through it. Now, this particular verse, the blessing of the Lord maketh rich and addeth no sorrow with it.
Again, what I did is I looked at it in the NIV. The blessing of the Lord brings wealth without painful toil for it. The blessing of the Lord brings wealth without painful toil for it. Now somebody fought me on that one time, but that is why I sent it to the Hebrews.
I said I want to know what that verse means. The blessing of the Lord brings wealth without painful toil for it. Come on, you got to get me now. Say amen.
God’s Finished Work in Creation
In the beginning, God created everything in six days. At the end of the sixth day, He created something called a man. Then the next day, there was one more day. He could have created two more days, but He did not.
One more day. It was called the seventh day. The Sabbath did not enter in in the Bible until Exodus 16. Wow. Up until then, it is the seventh. But it was the day that God did what? Rested. Not because He was tired. Because it was finished.
Finished with what? Everything. Everything. Everything that man would need as long as Earth was here. Everything. Everything Adam would need was in the garden. If it was not in the garden, he did not need it. It was there.
Man as Ruler Over Creation
Now everything God created, He created before man, because man became the federal head of everything. Man became the ruler over everything. So everything that was made was made to serve mankind. Mankind was not made to serve anything.
You Cannot Serve God and Mammon
So now what happens is Jesus begins. Let us fast forward real quick. Let us go to Matthew’s gospel and chapter 6. He says this in verse 24, No man can serve two masters, either he will hate one and love the other, or obey the one and despise the other.
You cannot serve God and who? Mammon. Therefore, in other words, let me show you how this works. And when you run after things, you are serving them. And you are not made to serve anything. You are not made to run after money.
Money is made to run after you. Ideas are supposed to come after you. Glory to God. Resources come after you.
No Painful Toil in God’s Blessing
So what am I saying? The blessing of the Lord. When that blessing comes back, it brings wealth. Without what? Without any kind of toil. So I came to announce in this meeting your days of toiling are over. Everybody, your days of toiling are over.
You will never toil again in your life. So as I look at this, He goes on down and says in verse 25, therefore I say unto you, take no thought for your life. Glory to God. What you shall eat, or what you shall drink, nor for your body, what you shall put on.
Is not life more than meat, or your body than raiment?
Consider the Birds and Lilies
Behold, the fowls of the air they sow not, neither do they reap nor gather into barns. Yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are not you better than they? Well, which of you, by taking thought, can add one cubit to his stature?
Why take ye thought for raiment, clothing? Consider the lilies of the field. They grow. They what? Toil not. Glory to God. And yet I say unto you, that Solomon, even in his glory, was not arrayed like one of these.
Wherefore, if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall He not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith.
Seek First the Kingdom
Therefore take no what? Thought. What? Saying. Do not say that. What shall we eat, or what shall we drink? Or wherewithal shall we be clothed? For after all these things do the who seek? Who is seeking them? The people who are without God.
They got no choice. They do not have the blessing. And look what He says next. He says this. Your Father knows that you have need of all these things, but seek ye first what? The kingdom of God and His what? Righteousness, and all these what? Things shall be what?
Come on, glory to God. They are going to be added to you. I said they are going to be added to you.
God as Sole Source and Supply
So what is God saying here? He wants to come back to be your sole source and your only supply. Say amen to that. He does not want some other system to take care of His people.
He not only wants you to switch kingdoms, but He wants you to switch systems. There is a better system that you are a part of. And to get into it and get it to produce for you, you need this. You need faith, but you need trust in the source of your provision. Glory to God.
Expectation from God Alone
You see, let me say this. Any time God is not your only source, you will find that He takes His hand off. Now when I say that, I mean this. I mean, when people stay in frustration, it is because God is not the only source of their expectation.
Ooh, I am a poet and do not even know it. Now let us look at that. Let us look at Psalm chapter 62, please. Over in Psalm chapter 62, he says in verse 5, My soul wait thou only upon God. And my expectation is from Him.
So our expectation has to be from Him. Because if it is not from Him, we end up in frustration. God, the Bible says in Exodus 20, is a jealous God. So He does not want His kids being taken care of by another parent.
Let me put something on you. There is plenty in daddy’s house. Glory to God. There is plenty in daddy’s house.
God’s Supply and Demand System
Now you have to seek first the kingdom. God’s way of doing things and God’s way of doing things is supply and demand. So what happened? I went, the man told me what the problem was. Boom.
I go back and I now have to seek God for that because God’s got the answer. When was the answer given? Before the foundation of the world. Say amen to that. And before the foundation of the world.
Why? Because everything is complete. It is not that God is going to do something. He is resting. He has done everything He is going to do about your healing. He has done everything He is going to do about your deliverance.
He has done everything… And now you can look at me funny if you want to. Everything He is going to do about everything in your life. Why? Because He saw it before it happened. And now He has prepared for it.
And it is all there in His economy. It is all right there waiting for you to partake of it.
Placing a Demand on God’s Supply
Now it just does not pour out on you. What happens is this supply and demand system. We have got a system He has got and when you put a demand on His system, the supply comes to you. Say amen to that. No more toil, say no more toil.
So everything, the world does not have this now. So do not be looking at the world thinking and comparing yourself with them because they do not have this. Only you have this, only you have this.
So everything God is going to do for you, He has all what? He has already done. Say He has already done it. Say He is Jehovah Jireh.
Abraham and the Ram in the Bush
All right, so here is Abraham. Go up on the mountain here and offer up your son. So he goes up there, lifts up the knife, the angel stops him and he says, hey, wait.
Now God sees so forth and so on. So now what happened? He turns and there is a ram. What? Caught in the bush. Where is the ram? He is in the bush. When did the ram get there?
All right. Everything. Everything is already there. Wait. I want you to say this now because you need a house. See, God did not expect you to come in this earth and spend most of your life making mortgage payments.
Your stuff is already paid for. Let us go. See some of y’all still looking. Your stuff, I am gonna try it again. It is already paid for. Now, it does not make any difference what you need. It has already been done.
God saw it before the foundation of the world.
The Lamb Slain from the Foundation
And get this, I read a Scripture that says God makes all things new. All right, let us try this. Well, I thought I was going to be able to move fast here. Okay. All right.
Now let us deal with it. Let us just deal with it. Revelation chapter 13, verse 8, over in Revelation chapter 13, verse 8. Glory to God. He says this, And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Who is the Lamb? Jesus. All right. You said it right. I just want to see if you believe it. Who is the Lamb? When was He slain? All right. Now, when did Jesus actually get crucified? About 2000 years ago.
Am I right about that? But when was He slain in the mind and heart of God? When was that done? All right, all right. So my point to you is, even though 2000 years ago it happened, it happened really before the foundation of the world.
Salvation and Healing Pre-Provided
So God knew you needed provision called salvation. So He provided your salvation before the foundation of the world. Come on now. Come on. Are you with me?
Now understand what did you pay for that salvation? By grace are you saved through faith? And that not of yourselves. It is the gift of God, not of works, lest any of you should boast.
So you did not have to toil for it, and you did not have to pay for it. It was already paid for, and that is yours. Say amen to that.
The Woman with the Issue of Blood
So here is a woman with an issue of blood, and she now has been bleeding for 12 years. And now she heard about Jesus. And she began to say, if I can just touch His clothes, I shall be whole.
And what happens is that this thing came alive inside of her. She put on her Sunday go to meeting hat and went out of that house and start pressing her way through the crowd and touched Jesus.
And when she touched Him, virtue flowed. And she knew in her body that she had been healed of that plague. He turned around and said, wait a minute. Who touched me?
And disciples said, all these people pushing on you talking about who touched you. He said, no, somebody touched me. And then she told Him all the truth.
No Payment Required for God’s Provision
Now my point to you is this. How much did she pay for that healing? Because she had paid all her money to the physicians and they were busy guessing. Now, I am not talking against physicians.
I am saying physicians without God are left with guessing. That is why we want everybody to come back to God. We want the school teacher to come back to God. We want the Supreme Court to come back to God.
We want everybody to come back to God. But notice what happened here. She touched Him and virtue flowed and she told Him all the truth. He said, daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole.
Question, when was she healed according to God? Before the foundation of the world. How much did she have to pay for it? Nothing. Did you have to pay for your salvation?
Did she have to pay for her healing? What make you think you got to pay for your house? Notice it just did not flow out of Him with nothing. She had to place a demand on the supply.
Enormous Supply Waiting in Eternity
Now, how much supply is stored up for you? An enormous amount. In fact, you cannot even count how much is stored up for you. You cannot even fathom how much is stored.
Where is it? It is there in eternity in the invisible world. And only faith can pull it out. And God is waiting for you to get faith to pull it out. How does faith come? By hearing and hearing by the Word of God.
As you hear me today, faith is coming in your heart.
Crazy Faith Beyond Logic
Now, understand, there is something called crazy faith. And I put in my notes that crazy faith is the people whose minds are no longer governed by what makes sense. In this meeting, there is going to be some crazy faith.
It is going to be people. Because the one way Satan holds things back from us is to keep us in human logic to keep us saying, well, that does not make sense. That does not make sense.
It does not make sense for God to come to a man. He is 99 years old. His wife is 90. She has never been pregnant. Let us say something was wrong with her from birth. She does not even have a uterus anymore.
But now here is God. He comes and says, this time next year you are going to have a baby, and the baby is going to be given by a man who is really beyond the age of childbearing. But I am going to make him kick again.
And so he is now going to be giving you a child. Come on now. That does not make sense.
Ruth’s Story of Provision
It does not make sense for a woman. Now here she is. Because see, people think something is too hard for God, but nothing is too hard for God. Here is a woman that she was really supposed to leave her mother-in-law like her sister did.
But she said, where you go, I will go. Your God will be my God. Say amen to that. And here she was, the poorest one in the village, and she was gleaning with her mother-in-law. They were both poor.
She was out there in the field. Here comes a man on a big white horse, and he comes up. He owns half the county. And then he is looking down at her and said, who is that?
Now, understand she did not have on her best stuff. She did not have on her nice outfit going out that night. Her hair was not done and so forth. My point to you is that God can get you a man without you fixing your hair. He can get you a man.
Wealth Includes All Provision
Come on. When He said that the blessing of the Lord brings wealth. Wealth is everything that you would need. It is any provision. It is not just money.
It could be a kidney you are going to need during this meeting. Come on. It might be a new eyeball you are going to need during this meeting. It is all in the warehouse.
It is waiting for you right now. And as you hear the Word of God, as you are in a healing meeting, there is going to be healings multiplied in this meeting. Woo!
This Meeting Will Release Breakthroughs
You did not come here for nothing. This is the NFL of faith. Glory to God. You are professional. Something is going to rise up inside of you during this meeting that you have never seen rise up in you before.
And everything that has been held back is going to be released. Everything that has been delayed and denied is going to be given to you. Woo hoo!
Sit down, sit down. Y’all got me preaching now. How can they hear without a preacher? And how can he preach except he be sent? I have been sent. I said I have been sent.
Get ready, get ready, get ready, get ready. I know I am right.
Faith Process and Revelation Strategy
All right, sit down. I am trying to get you out of your logical mind cause you cannot get anywhere with that. But all this stuff has been paid for—everything you will ever need.
All you need is a faith process. You need to know. Oh, okay. God, how do I take possession of this? And usually when you get a revelation, with that revelation comes strategy and an instruction on how to do something. Say amen to that.
Lord have mercy. Let us keep going here. All right, so what do we do now? The blessing of the Lord maketh rich or brings what? Wealth.
Now, in that provision that God has for you, He laid it up from the foundation of the what? Of the world. So that provision has been laid up for you. And that provision is waiting on you.
You are not waiting on God.
Placing Demand Like the Woman
Let me ask you this. The woman who touched Jesus—did Jesus, watch this, give her permission to touch Him? Nope, because it was already hers.
Folks, we are seeing miracles. They just got up and she testified. Not only that brought me back to paper, that everything was wrong with her heart. She could not hardly breathe. So forth and so on.
Went back to the doctor after prayer and came back with the papers that the doctor said all that fluid around your heart was gone. All the things, the symptoms were gone. There was nothing there.
And here the papers to prove it. This is what you had before, and this is what you had a week later.
Things Happening Fast
I am looking at the Bible now, and here is what it says. Amos chapter 9 and verse 13. I am looking at the Message translation. Things are going to happen so fast your head will swim. Is not that good?
Things are going to happen so fast that your head is going to swim. I am saying in this meeting, this is the meeting that is going to really bring that faith and kindle that faith alive inside of you.
And some things are going to start happening in your life that have been delayed. And the only reason they have been delayed is there has not been a faith demand.
And that faith demand is going to cause those things to be released. And you are going to see some miracles happen in your life that have been stored up for you for years. And God is going to do some things for you.
