Bill Winston - Act On Your Revelation
In the feeding of the multitude from Matthew 14 and parallel accounts, Jesus demonstrates the law of multiplication through sowing seed in faith, showing that God’s blessing provides abundantly without toil. Believers must switch to the kingdom system where God is the source, placing demands on His pre-laid supply, focusing on assignment while provision is added effortlessly.
Feeding the Multitude
All right, Matthew chapter 14, verse 15. And when it was evening, the disciples came to Him saying, this is a desert place and the time is now past. Send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages and buy themselves victuals.
But Jesus said unto them, they need not depart, give ye them to eat. And they said unto Him, we have here but five loaves and two fishes. And He said, what? Bring them to me. Bring them to me.
Now notice it could have been 20,000 people. Feed them. Man. That is good. Feed them.
The Law of Multiplication
Now, they said we only had two fish. Have two fish and five loaves. Now, what are they going to do with that? What is He going to have them do with it? What procedure do you use? What law do you use to multiply things? The law of faith.
But you have to sow something to reap something. Am I right about it? You cannot reap where you have not sown. You got to sow something. And all you need is a seed. And that is what He had. They—he wanted to show them.
And you go in the Bible over and over again. He is showing them where seed is all you need. And once you sow that seed in faith, nothing can—and I am going to use a big word now that I heard Doctor Fred Price use—abrogate it. That means nothing can stop its action. Not a thing.
God’s Supply in the Kingdom
Because He uses that as a method to care for you. That job does not have to pay you 20 billion. It can pay you $20 an hour, but you can still park in a space like the chairman. You can still. Come on.
It does not keep you from having a large house. It does not keep you from this. Why? Because once you come into the kingdom, what man goes to war at his own expense? I have been in the military. They are not telling me, Bill, now we are sending you to Korat, Thailand.
And you have to report for your duty station on July the 15th. And, oh, by the way, you are going to have to buy your own jet. So here I am at the house at night having a fundraiser. Could you all please come on over and we are going to raise some money.
I need to buy a jet, and I gotta buy my suit. And my—I need some new suitcases. No, no, no, they have everything. They take care of everything. Everything is all taken care of.
Requisition from Kingdom Supply
All I have to do is I need some more is requisition a supply. I just go to supply house and go get it. It is for me. Why? I am on the front line carrying out kingdom business and God is going to supply everything I need in abundance.
I am not talking about just enough trying to just build something and many times we have done that. We have tried to build God’s temple on our measly salary after we did not pay the phone bill and the TV bill and so forth.
And now we give a little bit to the church. We buy that, well, let us get the budget way down now. He is too expensive. Let us get.
Exceeding Magnificent Temple
Hey, that is not what I saw over in 2 Chronicles chapter 22. He said, Solomon, I am going to have you to build a temple and it shall be exceeding magnificent. That means it is going to be shown off good.
And it is going to be something that when the Queen of Sheba comes to see it, she is going to say, oh, she is going to faint. I am telling you, God wants us to be distinguished in the world.
He wants us to do something the world cannot do. Go somewhere the world cannot go. Be something the world cannot be. It is our time now, folks, and we have been scaling it down.
Why? Because we have been programmed with a scarcity survival mentality. We were programmed with that in the world. And what happens is we come into the kingdom.
Switch Systems in the Kingdom
Now, once you are in the kingdom, do not just switch kingdoms, switch systems. That job is no longer your source. Your source and supply is Almighty God. Hallelujah!
And He has got stuff laid up for you that has been laid up for you since the foundation. Glory to God. Of the world. Enormous supply. All you have to do is place a demand.
So you are living in an on demand system. Place a demand on it. You see, you do not need to wait on me to come to town. The supply is in the Word of God, man.
What did I tell you? This is your day. This is your week. This is your time. Grab hold of something and say that belongs to me. And start meditating that Word.
Destroy the lack image that the system has built inside of you and say, wait a minute. From this day I will never be broke another day in my life.
Tax Benefits in the Kingdom
Folks, I saw where David said, what shall I do if I slay Goliath? They said, first thing you get is you get your taxes free. You will get no tax. I said, that is enough for me right there. I stop right there, put a line under that.
And then I watch over here in the New Testament, when Peter came in, Jesus said, Peter, what is up? He said, they asking us about paying taxes. He said, well, you know, here it is that the children pay tax if their dad is a king.
He said, but do not let them be offended. I want you to go fishing. Go fishing. And the first fish that you pull up, look at his mouth and there will be some tax money. Get it and pay it for me and you.
That is two witnesses. That tells me. Wait a minute. If the taxes was paid over here in First Samuel and the taxes were paid over here in Matthew 17. And God is no respecter of persons, that He is the same yesterday, today and forever.
What we did is add up all the taxes that we have paid and I want my money back. Praise God! I want my money back.
Everything Paid For
Can you not see? Oh, yeah. I am just saying. Yes, it is—I do pay my taxes. But realize this. Wait a minute. He got the money out of the fish’s mouth. Come on now.
I am just saying. Wait a minute. I do not want to work and have to pay for nothing. If it is all been paid for. Everything that I will need. Come on. Forget not all His benefits.
Everything that I will need been paid for. Wait a minute. That has been paid for, too. I have a right to get my tax money out of the storehouse and pay them taxes. I am not working.
Oh. Add it up. Say, I am going to believe God for this. Come back to me. And I am not saying do not pay taxes. Do not get me wrong here. I am saying I am not paying it. It is paid for.
I am not buying my jet. I am not buying my Air Force uniform. I am not going to pay for dental in the military. It is all. What? By the government. The government of the kingdom has paid for everything.
See, all my stuff is paid for. Come on, one more time. All my stuff is paid for.
The Blessing Covers Everything
Folks, I believe that covers everything from healing to weaves. I mean, it covers everything. You just. All my stuff is paid for.
Okay, let me keep going here. All right. Can we keep going? Can we keep going? Now, notice what I said. The blessing of the Lord maketh rich. And I told you the NIV, with that is the blessing of the Lord brings wealth without painful toil for it.
So Peter had toiled how long? All night, and taken what? Goose egg. Nada. Nothing. But Jesus got in the boat. What did Peter do with the boat? He took it and pushed it into a kingdom that changed jurisdictions. See?
And once he did that, now it can be multiplied.
Acting on Rhema Word
So what happened? He goes out, he said nevertheless, at Thy what? Word. If you look up that word, it is not the same as the same word that Jesus was talking about in the first verse. The first verse was logos. That word is rhema. That is a revelatory word. Say amen to that.
Revelation always brings restoration, if you act on it. If you get a revelation and do not act on it, it is a missed opportunity. Act on it.
Now I am going to tell you right now you are flashing. I am about to cover this. Your flesh is not going to agree with it. Tell your flesh to shut up. Amen. The real you is inside.
Into the Impossible
Feed them. Wow! God is taking you into the impossible on purpose. He is taking you into a battle you cannot win without Him. He is taking you to a piece of property you cannot afford without Him. Say amen to that.
Personal Testimony: House by Faith
I remember the first house we got. Getting it by faith now. We went up and looked at some houses for three days. Next thing you know, my wife and I were in an apartment.
We got married, so we looked at some houses. Realtor took us around. A nice Christian realtor. Got back that third night. I said, baby, God is asking me, telling me to ask you which one of those do you like?
And she said, well, sweetheart, you mean which one can we afford? I said, He did not tell me to ask you that. He told me to ask you which one do you like?
She said, well, I like that big white one on the hill with that circular driveway. I said, well, let us pray. We got down and prayed.
Directions from Headquarters
Now notice I got to get directions from headquarters. I better say that again. I got to get directions from headquarters. So we got down to pray. As soon as I got down to pray, she will verify this.
God spoke to me and said, get your wife, get up, go over there and point it at the house and tell her to sell to you. Boom! Man, what did I do? Got up going over there. Exactly do what God said.
Now, I mentioned something yesterday, and I called it something crazy faith. Is people whose minds are no longer governed by what makes sense.
Claiming the House
What do we do? Get up. We went over there. We got over there, and Sandy was fairly late at night and none of us was living over there, but that is a whole nother thing.
But so we went over there that time of night and we pointed at that house. House. Is this the right bunch I am talking to you about this? This is the NFL. House I am talking to you.
Sell to us now. Boom! Right then that house was locked up. Gone off the market. That man even said during the time that we were looking at doing negotiation.
He said, you know, another couple came by and offered me a greater price for this. But I like you guys. I said, I like you, too. Yeah yeah.
You do that, you start a whole process of a kingdom process working on your behalf to make that thing work. Are you following what I am saying? All right.
Warehouse of Provision
Now, I am not just talking about things because the warehouse contains body parts. Come on. The warehouse contains. Watch this. New music. The warehouse. It contains everything. It is a new economy.
Music that has never been heard here. Books that have never been written. Come on. And it will fix you. Over in the book of Job. He said that his flesh was fresher than a child’s. And he returned to the days of his youth.
You look at Job chapter 2 and look at the sores on his body, and then look at Job chapter 42, God restored Job whole. And I am telling you, He can remove things from your body and make your body like a newborn baby skin.
I am telling you what God can do, man. Moses was trying to put limits on God. Oh, he had seen the Red Sea. But how are you going to feed 3 million people fresh meat every day? This cannot be done.
Yes, it can be done. Because with your God, all things are possible.
Feed Them Abundantly
One more time. Feed them. Feed them. Take care of them. Hallelujah! You got it. You got what it takes to do it. Say amen to that.
So Peter, when he pulled that load in his net broke. And what I told you is this the blessing of the Lord brings what? Wealth that every fish tried to get in that net.
Watch this. And busted that thing wide open. Contracts are coming to you. Whatever the case. So you got to apply this to you.
Renew Your Mind
Now, what do you have to do? What do you have to do? Renew your mind. I said renew your mind. And how can they believe unless they have heard. How can they hear without a preacher.
So you got to believe it first. God cannot work through you except to the degree that you believe. So I gotta believe this. I gotta believe that stuff is coming to me right now, just like it did Adam.
He did not have to go out, sweat, work, hope and think that something may not happen. No, no, no. He was concerned about one thing. His assignment and provisions were added. Are you with me?
Joseph’s Prosperity
Verse 1, and Joseph was brought down to Egypt, and Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh, captain of the guard an Egyptian, brought him down at the hands of the Ishmaelites. And he brought him down thither.
And the Lord was with Joseph, and he was prosperous, and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian. And his master saw that the Lord was with him, and that the Lord made all that he did to prosper in his hand.
And Joseph found what? Grace. What is another word for grace? Favor in his sight. And he served him, and he made him overseer over his house and all that he had, he put in his hand.
Blessing for Joseph’s Sake
And it came to pass from that time that he made him overseer over his house and all that he had, that the Lord blessed the Egyptian’s house, for whose sake? Joseph’s sake and the blessing of the Lord was upon all that he had in the house and in the field.
And he left all that he had in Joseph’s hand, and he knew not aught he had saved the bread which he did eat. And Joseph was a goodly person, and well favored.
Jesus in Your House
All right. What do I call this? What I call it, because this is a picture of how you should be. When Jesus is in your house. Your priority should be your assignment. And that Joseph handled all the provision.
So Potiphar would not have to carry that in terms of wondering. What am I going to eat? What am I going to drink? What am I going to put on that Jesus preached about?
So one of the reasons why Jesus came is to make it so that you will not have to leave your assignment to look for provision. You will never have to do it again.
My God shall supply all your need. All of it. So He made it that way. Why? Feed them.
No Need to Work for Provision
The first thing they said in John chapter 6 is 200 pennyworth of bread is not sufficient for them. That everyone would take a little. What is 200 pennyworth of it? About eight months wages.
What are they saying? We got to go work for eight months. Get enough money so that we can buy the provision so we can do what Jesus called us to do.
Jesus said, hey, you do not have to do that. Do not even leave. Do not leave this assignment. Let me show you how to multiply it back to your assignment and never have to leave your assignment.
And you can have all your provisions taken care of.
