Bill Johnson - Receive Your Healing and Walk in the Power of the Holy Spirit
I’m going to talk to you for just a few minutes, and we’re going to be doing a whole bunch of ministry stuff tonight. We’re going to pray for a lot of folks. There’s an anointing here tonight to break off addictions. There are some who have become addicted to drugs, for whatever reason, perhaps prescription or otherwise. I remember one Sunday night we prayed for about—oh goodness—a dozen people who stood right here. We just prayed corporately over the group and didn’t lay hands on anyone. We prayed for maybe five or ten minutes for addiction and then sent them back to their seats. Two of them had been heroin addicts for over 20 years. They came to me six months later and said, «We lost all desire for heroin that night,» being completely delivered. So I’m prophesying this testimony because this is God’s nature. Every story you have is a little gift, a little present, and when you open it, your history, His history, and His nature are revealed. But not only that, there is a prophetic release of promise because what He’s done for one, He’ll do for another.
We’ve experimented with this through the years, and I feel a real conviction in my heart. Eric talked this morning about this being a testimony culture, and it is. We value it so much; many of our meetings begin with the first hour or so just to look at the miracles that happened the previous week, and it’s huge. But I feel like we can do better. I just feel it in my heart. So tonight, if we can get the video to work—I didn’t let our teams know enough ahead of time to actually get the product here—we’re going to take it off the internet and see if we can share a couple testimonies with you. I believe there will be miracles that follow these stories.
Everything you hear tonight in testimony form is actually Jesus standing in front of you, inviting you to step into Him and experience the same thing. It is not merely a story to tickle our ears. He is such a wise investor; He plants crops expecting a harvest. He invests talents in people, sums of money, gifts, and talents because He’s expecting a return. So when these stories are released tonight, there is a miracle in the air for you to experience the very thing that was discussed.
Real quick, before we open to one passage of Scripture, I honestly think I can do what I’m going to do in about ten minutes, and then we’re just going to start praying. So we’ll see. I may get inspired. Let’s hope not; I hope I can calm down. Just to rehearse some of this testimony of the Lord, a number of years ago I took a team of our students over to Fortuna on the coast. It was one of, I think, two meetings in my life when I lost complete control of the meeting. No matter what I did from the microphone, people quit listening because miracles were so dramatic and powerful. They were passing a wheelchair around; there were blind eyes opened, deaf ears, and creative miracles—it was just bizarre.
One of the most extreme miracles was a little boy who had club feet, and he was healed. They brought him to me or came and told me. I said, «Bring him here; I want to see him.» He had scabs on the tops of his feet from running or walking, dragging his feet because he couldn’t run, but he would drag his feet, so he had scabs on the tops of his feet. He kept bending over to touch his scabs, and one of his little friends, a girl, came up and said, «Run!» He took off running in this circle and came back with the biggest smile you’ve ever seen, saying to his little friend, «I can run! I could run!» In fact, his neighbors heard about the miracle and came two weeks later. They said, «We’re neighbors of…» and then described the little boy to me. I asked how he was doing, and they said, «He’s been running for two weeks!» So I shared that testimony here on a Sunday morning and explained the concept of testimony—how it’s prophetic in nature. When God tells a story, when He has us tell a story, He’s revealing a part of His nature that He’s inviting you to experience.
I shared that concept on a Sunday morning. We had a guest visiting us from out of state who had a little girl in our nursery. She was almost two, and her feet turned in so severely that she tripped over her own feet when she would run. When the mother heard the testimony, she said in her heart, «I’ll take that for my daughter.» When the meeting was over, she went and got her little girl out of the nursery, and her feet were already straight! Nobody prayed for her; it happened when the mother came into agreement with the nature of God, and her feet were instantly healed.
I shared that story, and there’s such a long string of stories I just want to encourage you with. The nature of just one story that I’ve experimented with—I shared those two stories in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and there was a gentleman there who was born with deformities in his hips. His legs aimed outward; one had been surgically repaired, the other was not. Somehow, when I talked about the club feet and the turned-in feet, he figured that was for him.
I love loosely interpreted prophecies—I just invented «interpretated.» I gave the teaching, and at the end, I almost always have people stand and we pray. When he stood, his hip literally went like this, and the Lord did a creative miracle in changing the bone structure of his hip, and his leg was fine. I shared those stories in Charlotte, North Carolina. Benny and I were with Mahash and Bonnie Shabda, and our driver was from Brazil. He took us to the meetings and back to the hotel at night, and his sister-in-law was watching the meeting online. When she heard the stories of the club feet, the turned-in feet, and the hip, her own little girl had feet that were very deformed. She was a beautiful young lady, about 10 or 11 years old, but people would just stare at her feet because they were so badly deformed.
So the mother heard the stories, called her little girl from the back of the house, and the little girl came into the hallway and said, «Yes, Mommy.» The mother said, «Take your shoes off.» She took her shoes off, and as she walked towards her mother, her feet were completely restored. I want you to understand what you carry when you carry a God story. It is about Jesus; it’s about His love for people, His commitment to redeem and restore.
We’re going to see Jesus touch people tonight. I believe we’ll hear stories in weeks to come of those who have been set free from addictions and that lifestyle. So I want you to open your Bibles to Isaiah 51. This is just a passage I love. When Chris was leading in prayer and talking about the unity of Heaven and Earth, I thought, «Well, I’m just going to open one of my favorite passages again.» I haven’t talked about it for quite a while here.
So we’re going to take a few minutes and see how we do. It has nothing to do with the ministry time, except it has everything to do with the ministry time—that’s just the way it works. All right, you guys ready? We’re going to begin with verse 12: «I, even I, am He who comforts you; who are you that you should be afraid?» Perhaps you didn’t hear the first half of this verse. This is stunning: God says, «I, even I, am He who comforts you. Who are you that you should be afraid? Who are you that you should be afraid of a man who will die, of the son of man who will be made like grass?» There goes the fear of man right out the window.
You’ve got to learn to read with your heart, to learn to read with your friend Christ Jesus. These things become flesh in you; they’re not dependent upon you trying hard. They’re dependent upon us surrendering, yielding to the One who speaks. And this is what He’s saying: once I’ve revealed My nature to you, you’ve lost the right to fear. You can still go to it, but you have to leave the umbrella of the revelation of His nature. You can still choose it, but there’s a place of safety; it’s in the understanding of who He is.
Yes, verse 13: «You forget the Lord your Maker, who stretched out the heavens and laid the foundations of the earth. You feared continually.» What happened in the story of Gideon? It’s a long story, but I want to give you just a tiny snippet. When the Lord was preparing to call Gideon into service, there’s this passage of Scripture where a prophet is raised up—a prophet without a name. The prophet prophesied to Israel, and the Lord spoke through this prophet to Israel and said, «I told you not to fear the gods of the Amorites and the Midianites, but you didn’t obey.»
What does this look like? Whenever Israel backslid, it became manifest by them worshiping false gods. When Israel would become complacent, cold in heart, and distant in their passion for God, they would eventually end up worshiping idols over time. Are you with me? Where did that journey to worship false gods start? It started with them fearing false gods because you will worship what you fear. That’s why if you fear going broke, you will hold on to money and despise people who talk about money in church. That’s what Jesus said: you’ll love the one and hate the other or hold to the one and despise the other. Where does it come from? It all comes out of fear.
Every value, every plan, every decision comes either out of a place of love or a place of fear. Those are the two sources that our decisions, thoughts, and ambitions come from. There are many people who fear the power that exists in certain cults, and there are many believers who fear certain diseases and mention them with reverence. What you fear will influence how you worship. He is bringing them to their destiny; we’re not going to read every passage, but I just want you to see what He wants to do.
He’s wanting to bring them out of fear because since He revealed His nature to them, His presence to them, fear becomes totally unreasonable. Fear is anti-intellectual. This feels good to say. Now we’re going to jump down to the conclusion because I said I was going to talk short. I think I’ve talked about 60 seconds—perhaps a little more.
Verse 16: «I have put My words in your mouth. I’ve covered you with the shadow of My hand that I may plant the heavens, lay the foundations of the earth, and say to Zion, 'You are My people.'» Look through this verse. «I’ve put My words in your mouth.» Jesus illustrated this by saying, «My words become spirit, and that spirit gives life.» Words are more than concepts; concepts put into phrases; they are spiritual realities released into the atmosphere when we say what the Father is saying. God is saying here, «I have taken My words and I’ve put them in your mouth.»
What’s next? «I cover you with My hand.» Why? Because you need His protection with that dangerous tool. If you have that much power and authority to establish something in the earth that is eternally transformational, then you need safety. So He says, «All right, here are history-changing words; now relax: who are you that you should be afraid? I’m going to put My hand over you; I’ll protect you.» Then what does He say? «I’m going to plant the heavens.»
I realize some of your translations say «set» or «establish.» That word is in the Old Testament 58 times. Fifty-five of those times, it’s «planting.» I’m going to fight for the word «plant» because it’s different than established; it’s different than set. It implies there are roots. The plant becomes one with the earth. What is He planting? It’s an open-book test. What is He planting? What does it say? What is He planting? The heavens! He’s planting the heavens, laying foundations in the earth.
«I’m building foundations to hold the weight of what I’m about to plant.» This is the Old Testament equivalent of «Let Your kingdom come; let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.» And then the last phrase: «And say to Zion, 'You are My people.'» There’s something that the Lord is doing in the earth where He is enabling you to be a part of the unfolding plan and purposes of God in the earth to redeem situations, heal broken lives— to be a part of that reality to see it affect and infect not just the healing of a body but the healing of a family, a family line, a city, and a nation—the purpose of that nation.
Here He says, «I’ve put My words in your mouth.» If I can embellish, «I created the heavens and the earth with My words, and I’m putting those words in your mouth. I’m going to protect you because I’ve given you a valuable tool.» Then I want you to understand what I’m doing—that you’re going to come into a co-laboring role. I am planting My world on the foundations I’m building in yours. This process will be used to reveal who belongs to Me. Amen?
Amen! That was it! All right, I want you to put your hand just on your heart briefly, which we do a half dozen times a day. I want you to say this with me: «I have lost the right to the fear of man.» It was way overrated anyway! «I’m a child of God.» He’s put His words in my mouth. «His words are a priceless treasure.» «His words change and transform.» «His words create and destroy.» «He put His hand over me to keep me safe in my assignment as a transformational influence in the earth.» «And I see His heart to plant His world in mine.» I say yes!
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Amen! All right, I feel better now. I hope that you do! Oh boy! I just feel amped, buzzed, stoked, and I don’t know all the other words I should know, but I feel like punching a devil in the lips and singing «You’re a Good, Good Father» about a thousand more times before the night’s over. I think we’ll just pray for people.

Do not wait; do not wait because the power is released in the story.
Some of you gather around those who are standing. The testimony has been released; the will of God has been revealed. So we invite You, Holy Spirit, come with power now and do what’s been declared through the story of Your redemptive touch. I break the spirit of trauma off those who have been held captive by traumatic situations, circumstances, or disasters. We declare this ends tonight in Jesus' name.
Somebody lift trauma off their head as though it were an object—literally lift it off. Declare over them this ends tonight. Thank You, Lord! Thank You, Lord! Just keep praying. There are those in the room that suffer from migraines; you need to be standing. If you’re not, stand now because we call an end to that right now. Anyone who struggles with migraines, stand up! If you see someone who just stood, partner with them for that breakthrough.
This has to end tonight! This is not—we’re not looking for comforting prayers so that you can endure a problem. Jesus didn’t comfort people so they could endure sickness; He brought power to bring a conclusion to the affliction. We declare migraine headaches, Holy Spirit, we invite You to go right to the root, the cause, when this started, and why, and heal them at that place of entrance, at that place where that tentacle of hell was set down, roots—we say that ends because Heaven has come to be planted in their minds, in their brains—the tentacles of Heaven to be deeply rooted right now in the health of these people, we pray in Jesus' name.
Thanks, Lord! Thank you, Lord! Just keep praying a moment longer. Is there anyone here? I don’t know if this—I’m not seeing it clearly, but it’s like a fungus or something like that in the head, in the brain. Does that make sense to anybody? It’s—where is that? Is that over here? There’s another one over here, and there are several! Oh my! Okay, all right.
This is the Lord to kill that which somehow invaded the brain! This thing that is—it’s hard for me to describe it; I can almost see it, though. So gather around these folks and just pronounce the end to this. Those who are watching online, this is every bit for you! Lay hands on yourself in your living room, in your church sanctuary, wherever you are watching this. We just declare these things end tonight in the name of the Lord Jesus. Wonderful God! Wonderful God!
Is there anyone here who has cancer in the sinuses? Just wave your hand at me—cancer in the sinus area. Wave your hand at me if that’s the case. Okay, I’m not seeing anyone respond. I don’t know; maybe it’s online. It may be growths and tumors, but I assumed it was cancer. Growths, tumors in the sinus cavity that the Lord wants to just dissolve. We declare that now!
The Lord dissolves these growths, these tumors that have formed in the sinus cavity in Jesus' name! Everybody that received prayer, right now start examining yourself to see what the Lord has done. Start examining your— we’re going to test and see what the Lord has done in a little while, but I want you to test it right now if there’s any way you can examine yourself. Do it quickly!
All right, there’s a great healing touch here! Okay, we’re going to stack them on top of each other, so just be ready to move quickly. I want you to play the second video, and I want you to do the same thing after this video while you’re watching. If there’s anything in this video that speaks to you, stand, and when we’re through with these series of stories, we’re going to see what the Lord has done!
What was your problem? What have you been healed of?
A metal plate sticking out of my arm for years and in front of everyone! Like this, off her arm. Always been that way; it just went down. I watched it go flat in an instant! I watched it go flat as we were praying over her; it disappeared. The plate’s gone! You can see the—the screws that had come out were in my muscle—they were adding in, and so can I just—I have to! Out like a mound on her arm, always! It was gnarly! Long since like 2006? So for eight years, nine years, I’ve had this huge plate coming out of her arm, this huge plate coming out of her arm like a mound on her arm that was so visible! And I watched it as we were praying, instantly it went flat! And I was healed.
I say one other thing. Yeah, in 2012, I got saved at the healing rooms in Santa Maria, and I got healed of HIV, and my heart valves got healed. I have the proof, the medical proof to prove it. I didn’t think God would do more for me, and then they stood up and prayed for my arm. All right?
There was a bunch of stuff in that one messed up arm! Metal in the body! HIV! What else was in there? Heart valve! Heart valve! What else was in there? All right? You guys know what to do; you’ve got people standing; they need a miracle. The power was released in the story! Find out what the problem is; find out where it is. You don’t need a big story; just need a target!
If there’s metal in the body, it must dissolve tonight! Be fully restored! That metal doesn’t have to be in the arm! Arm injuries, breaks in the arm—in fact, let’s just do this: anyone who has ever broken a bone that did not heal correctly, stand quickly! Anyone who has ever broken a bone that did not heal correctly, stand up! Put a hand up until somebody gets to you!
Okay, look around you; we’ve got people standing. Look around. If you see them, they’re yours! Go to them! Start praying! Find out where the bone is that broke. We invite you, Lord, come and do it again! Do as was proclaimed on this video: where metal disappears, screws dissolve, arms broken, bones are fully restored in the name of Jesus! Be restored now! In Jesus' name! Anyone with HIV? That’s almost like the—it’s almost like the leprosy of the Bible—people just so afraid of it! We just declare to you: Jesus heals HIV!
I know of one ministry that I’ve seen, I think, three cases of HIV healed just in the last few months. Speak to the bone! Be healed! Be restored! In Jesus' name! All right, right now, everyone that received prayer, start moving around checking yourself out! Check your—yeah, check yourself! Just somehow figure it out! Yeah! Soon as you realize you got healed, start waving your hands, and the people who prayed, start clapping! We want to see who you are! Right down here; over here’s another: another one over here—over here!
Okay, we’ll take inventory later! Ms. MS symptoms—symptoms of MS is gone! Lord, we bless You! We bless You! We had—was it in Baville this week? We had two different testimonies of MS being healed! In fact, I think it was three—three testimonies! Jesus is the great victor! All right, now we’ve got more, so go ahead and sit down!
Go ahead and sit down! These are just shot glasses of real potent moments! In Jesus! Wow! Wow! All right, while you’re sitting there watching another video, you can check yourself out. 'Cause some of you think it’s too good to be true—it’s so good it is true! That’s the way it is in the Kingdom! We’re going to throw in one more testimony with this, and you guys are welcome to stay standing! I really believe there’s an anointing in standing, and something has been released.
It’s an action on your part. When Jesus said to go to the pool of Siloam to the blind man, He was giving him an activity that in itself had no significance, except it was joined to a word. You are doing that; you’ve joined your faith to a word. Can you play the last testimony? We’ve got a great story or testimony. John, why don’t you come on up here and tell everybody what Jesus did?
John’s one of our very important individuals around here. He keeps us all safe; we’re thankful. Tell them what Jesus did. Yeah, well over the holiday, I was with my family. We were vacationing up in Lake Tahoe, and I stepped out the rear of our place there, and I took an extremely bad fall on ice. My whole family was there, the kids, and I fell, and I could not move; I could not get up. The worst part about it was looking at my kids and the fear in their eyes.
The reason why—they took me in an ambulance to a hospital in Tahoe and then from there, transferred me down to Sacramento, where they did an MRI. I had broken my back; I had fractured my tailbone and also done some rib damage. Eventually, I was released from the hospital in a full brace, all the way up to my neck, all the way down—in a full body brace.
On Saturday, Chris texted me; he’s here somewhere, I know. He asked me if I was coming to church; he wanted to pray for me. I thought, well, give him the opportunity to be two for two! So I came to church to get healed. Last Sunday, Chris wrapped his arms around me and prayed for me. The one thing I left out in previous service was I felt this pressure in the actual vertebrae area where it was. And as I was closing my eyes, I got a vision of like liquid bone or cement being injected in. So after he pulled his arms away, I took the back brace off and touched the floor—totally healed! Totally healed!
Come on! Wow! Beautiful! Yeah! Awesome! What did Jesus do? Wow! Wow! Wow! Three and a half years ago, when Chris was calling it out, three and a half years ago I got into a car accident. I’ve been in two car accidents, and I had really bad sciatic pain. I got healed the first time when a friend of mine took a painting that said ha ha, and hit my back with it. I didn’t feel anything in the moment, but the next day at the healing rooms, I was working and praying for other people, and my really strong meds wore off, and I realized I was totally healed.
Well, every year that I’ve gone to Costa Rica, taking a team, my back has started to spazz out and get weird, maybe like a week or two before. I’m headed there again this week, and it started hurting! Yeah, it started hurting again, and I was like, «No, I don’t want back pain in Costa, because we need to do stuff for people.» I was like, «I asked God; I was like, 'God, I’d really love if Bill would go after healing tonight! '»
Then, when Bill called it out, and I was like, «It’s not my leg, but it’s my back!» But I’ll take it anyways, and then Chris is going, and he gets this crazy word of knowledge. The only person that’s ever stolen a large amount of money in my life was identified, and he calls it out. He’s my one living relative in the US, and he said he’s going to apologize. That’s crazy accuracy!
I could just feel fire go from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet, and I couldn’t bend over without extreme pain. I look what—come on! Bless the Lord! Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow! And yours was the 1978 bicycle deal. Thank You, Lord! Come on up; thank you, Jesus! Wow!
Tonight when the first video came on and she started mentioning headaches and stuff, I didn’t stand up. But I have constantly gotten migraines; I randomly started getting them in eighth grade. Then, on Monday, they told me I had a cyst in my brain, and that it wouldn’t affect it, but there was nothing they could do for me. As we were praying, if I touched the cyst or if I touched this area in my head, I would either start to pass out, and they couldn’t explain why.
For the first time since seventh grade, I have no pain in my head, and I have no cyst in my brain! I can touch it! I’m free! Bless the Lord! Wow! Wow! Wow! Three and a half years ago, when Chris was calling it out, I got into a car accident. I’ve been in two car accidents, and I had really bad sciatic pain.
All right, is there any pain left? Okay, is there any pain left? Only in my ear! Your ear? Oh, we can pray for the ear! That’s the bonus round! I want to know how your back is. Move around; how is it? Come on! Thank You, Lord! Wonderful! Yes!
And yours was the 1978 bicycle deal. Thank You, Lord! Wow! What did Jesus do for you? Well, a couple of years ago, I was fainting, and I didn’t know why. So I went to the doctor, and they told me that I had postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, which is just a fancy way of saying that when I stand up, my heart rate goes really wild, and then my blood pressure drops, so I fainted. And then a little while later, I developed stress seizures from that.
So tonight, I was just like praying and I was like, «God, I was feeling really hopeless,» and I was like, «I really I just feel like there’s something better out there, and I really need to be healed.» So I came here with my sister today, and everybody was praying for me. I felt this chill go over my body, and I heard God say, «This is it!» No more!
And I fainted and had a SI. I could feel it coming on, and God was like, «Don’t worry; it’s okay.» So then I woke up, and I was like, «Wow, I feel way different! Like, I wasn’t feeling rushed or like feverish or seizure-y or anything!» And so I stood up afterwards, and I wasn’t dizzy! Okay! Awesome! Sit down! Sit down right there! Okay, just relax for a moment. I don’t know how long you’re supposed to be seated, but I want you to stand up really fast and do something that would normally cause a problem. How are you? Is it good? No pain? Thank You, Lord! Thank You! Bless the Lord!
This is wonderful! All right, now we just had a bunch of testimonies! Anyone that needs anything close to what you heard, just stand! I don’t care if you’ve been prayed for ten times already tonight; I would stand! There’s a momentum, an anointing here that you might as well step into! You don’t have to earn it! I led someone in a prayer of forgiveness a few weeks ago, and they needed to forgive themselves. I led them into a prayer I’d never led anyone into before, but I really felt the Lord in this.
I had them say, «I forgive myself,» which is common, and then I said, «I know I don’t deserve it, but Jesus deserves it, so I do it in Jesus' name. I forgive myself!» All of you are about to receive what Jesus deserves! He qualified you; it doesn’t matter how it happened. This night is for you, church family! You know what to do!
Wow! Wow! Okay, just give them a target. They don’t need a long story. All of you that are doing the praying need to know where the problem is, but you don’t need to know much more than that. We invite You, Lord God, once again, another wave of healing grace, another wave of healing presence in Jesus' name! Thank You, God! Thank You!
Okay, everyone that received prayer, look up at me! Everyone that received prayer, by now, you should know what to do! Examine yourself, and as soon as you discover you’re at least 80% better, wave both hands over your head, and we want to start celebrating with you! Just wave the hands over your head! That’s you! We thank You, Lord! Thank You, Lord! Okay, everyone look this way!
Sometimes I watch people after we pray, and it’s time to examine themselves; they want more prayer. Sometimes the miracle is not released until there’s an action. I’ve actually visibly seen it with my eyes where nothing happened until there was movement. It may not seem logical to you, but some sort of movement— you may say, «Well, I have this brain issue; there’s just confusion.» Well, shake your head! Do something! It may not make sense to you, but do something!
Just literally do something to see what the Lord has done! Everyone that received prayer, I want you standing right now! Everyone who received prayer! Okay? Now, everyone do something to see what the Lord has done, and if you’re at least 80% better, I want you to wave your hands over your head for at least 15 seconds! We’re going to celebrate with you! Look around the room! Bless the Lord! Bless the Lord! Thank You, God! Yep! Wonderful! Wonderful! Jesus!
Wow! All right, go ahead and sit down! Go ahead and sit down! Now, how many of you were encouraged by the testimonies? Oh my, I get so encouraged! How many of you, you not only were encouraged but gave God glory! You gave Him praise when you heard the story! To not share what God has done is to withhold glory from God; it is to rob Him of glory! Everyone who has been healed, needs to tell someone!
I would like for a half a dozen of you—something significant happened tonight. I want you to come up and give testimony! Just come on up to the front right now! Eric, Tom, would you guys interview these folks? Find out exactly what the Lord has done! Are you ready to be encouraged? Now listen, this is a free-for-all! If you have something better to do, I can’t imagine what it would be! But just go do it!
When this story is told, if you have anything close, I would stand! I would put faith into action! Get up! Do something! All right, what did Jesus do? Well, about a year and a half ago I was in Yosemite National Park, and I fell off the mountain basically. The Rangers said it was between 150 and 200 ft., and it’s a miracle that I’m even alive!
But I broke my back in five places, and I was wrapped up in this suit and stuff. Long story short, I had residual pain ever since; it hasn’t gone away, and it actually increased up into my back farther. So where I broke it was painful, but over the past few months, it’s actually been moving up even farther!
And tonight, as people were praying for me, I didn’t feel anything! But when I started moving around, everything is completely gone! Hallelujah! Wow! What is— is there anything you couldn’t do? No! There’s not really anything I couldn’t do, but just the pain—it just wouldn’t go away! I could still do things, but the pain was there, and it was moving up, and it was getting worse!
But tonight, I can swear it’s gone! Man! Completely gone! It’s gone! Thank you, Lord! Bless the Lord! You’re beautiful! Wow! What did Jesus do? Three and a half years ago, when Chris was calling it out, I got into a car accident. I’ve been in two car accidents, and I had really bad sciatic pain. I got healed the first time when a friend of mine took a painting that said ha ha and hit my back with it.
I didn’t feel anything in the moment, but the next day at the healing rooms, I was working and praying for other people, and my really strong meds wore off, and I realized I was totally healed! Well, every year that I’ve gone to Costa Rica and taken a team, my back has started to spazz out and get weird, maybe like a week or two before, and I’m headed there again this week, and it started hurting.
Yeah, because I didn’t want back pain in Costa, because we need to do stuff for people! So I asked God, «I really love if Bill would go after healing tonight!»
And then he calls it out! And I’m like, «It’s not my leg, but it’s my back!» But I’ll take it anyways. And then Chris is going, and he gets this crazy word of knowledge! The only person that ever stole a large amount of money in my life, and he called it out; he’s like my one living relative in the US.
He said he’s going to contact you, and I could just feel fire go from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet, and I couldn’t bend over without extreme pain, and I looked! It came on!
Bless the Lord! Wow! Come on! Bless the Lord! You’re beautiful! Excellent! Thank you, Jesus! Wow! Has anyone been healed already from just hearing stories and testing yourself? Has anyone already been healed just hearing the testimony? And you’re standing? Has that happened yet? You can expect it! Go ahead!
Yeah! When I was in eighth grade, I went down Mount Shasta at a 10p speed, and I didn’t know how to shift gears! So I went too fast, lost control, and swerved into oncoming traffic! Luckily it didn’t do the worst and kill me, but my vertebrae were all broken in my neck and back!
I was recently in the hospital for eight days, paralyzed, and they said I would never walk again! God gave me a dream, and He told me if I gave everything to Him, my pain pills, everything, that He would heal me! But I was not believing like I should have! If you see my Facebook, you could see I was desperate.
I’ve SC for surgery, but I know that He healed me tonight because He said, «Just keep pressing in, Candace! Just keep pressing in! Even if you don’t want to go to church, press in and glorify me!» I’ve done that, and I feel, through faith, that He healed me tonight!
Beautiful! Is there any pain left? Okay? Is there any pain left? Only in my ear! Your ear? How about the broken back, vertebra, all that stuff? We can pray for the ear; that’s the bonus round! So, I want to know how your back is! Move around! How is it? Come on! Thank You, Lord! Wonderful! And yours was the 1978 bicycle deal! Thank You, Lord!
Come on up! What did Jesus do for you? Well, a couple of years ago, I was fainting, and I didn’t know why! So I went to the doctor, and they told me I had postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome—which is just a fancy way of saying that when I stand up, my heart rate goes wild, and then my blood pressure drops, so I faint!
And then a little while later, I developed stress seizures from that! So tonight, I was just praying, and I felt really hopeless, and I was like, «I really feel like there’s something better out there, and I really need to be healed!»
So I came here with my sister, and everybody was praying for me! And I felt this chill go over my body, and I heard God say, «This is it!» No more! And I fainted, and I could feel it coming on, and God was like, «Don’t worry; it’s okay!»
So then I woke up, and I was like, «Wow! I feel way different! I wasn’t feeling rushed or feverish or seizure-y or anything!» And so I stood up afterward, and I wasn’t dizzy! Okay! Awesome! Sit down!
Just relax for a moment! I don’t know how long you’re supposed to be seated, but I want you to stand up really fast! Do something that would normally cause a problem. How are you? Is it good? Is there any pain?
No pain! Thank You, Lord! Thank You! Bless the Lord! This is wonderful! All right, now we just had a bunch of testimonies! Anyone that needs anything close to what you heard, stand! I don’t care if you’ve been prayed for ten times already tonight! I would stand! There’s a momentum, an anointing here that you might as well step into! You don’t have to earn it!
I led someone in a prayer of forgiveness a few weeks ago, and they needed to forgive themselves! I led them into a prayer I’d never led anyone into before, but I really felt the Lord in this! I had them say, «I forgive myself,» which is common, and then I said, «I know I don’t deserve it, but Jesus deserves it, so I do it in Jesus' name—I forgive myself!»
All of you are about to receive what Jesus deserves! He qualified you! It doesn’t matter how it happened; this night is for you, church family! You know what to do! Wow! Wow!
Okay, just give them a target! They don’t need a long story! All of you that are doing the praying need to know where the problem is, but you don’t need to know much more than that! We invite You, Lord God! Once again, another wave of healing grace!
Another wave of healing presence in Jesus' name! Thank You, God! Thank You! Okay, everyone that received prayer, look up at me! Everyone that received prayer! By now you should know what to do! Examine yourself, and as soon as you discover you’re at least 80% better, wave both hands over your head, and we want to start celebrating with you!
Just wave both hands over your head! That’s you! We thank You, Lord! Thank You, Lord! Okay, everyone look this way! Sometimes I watch people after we pray, and it’s time to examine themselves; they want more prayer! Sometimes the miracle is not released until there’s an action!
I’ve actually visibly seen it with my eyes where nothing happened until there was movement! It may not seem logical to you, but some sort of movement—you may say, «Well, I have this brain issue; there’s just confusion.» Well, shake your head! Do something!
It may not make sense to you, but do something! Just literally do something to see what the Lord has done! Everyone that received prayer, I want you standing right now! Everyone who received prayer! Okay!
Now, everyone do something to see what the Lord has done, and if you’re at least 80% better, I want you to wave your hands over your head for at least 15 seconds, and we’re going to celebrate with you! Look around the room! Bless the Lord! Bless the Lord! Thank You, God!
Yep! Wonderful! Wonderful! Jesus! Wow! All right, go ahead and sit down! Go ahead and sit down! Now how many of you were encouraged by the testimonies? Oh my, I get so encouraged! How many of you, you not only were encouraged but gave God glory! You gave Him praise when you heard the story! To not share what God has done is to withhold glory from God; it is to rob Him of glory! Everyone who has been healed, needs to tell someone!
I would like for a half a dozen of you—something significant happened tonight. I want you to come up and give testimony! Just come on up to the front right now! Eric, Tom, would you guys interview these folks? Find out exactly what the Lord has done! Are you ready to be encouraged now?
